I had a very bad experience at Santosh Hospital. The housekeeping team failed to follow and update the checklist system, which raises serious concerns about cleanliness and infection control. During my stay, water was not available in the toilets at night for handwashing and flushing, which was unhygienic and frustrating. The staff seemed powerless to address these issues, and the responsible personnel showed no urgency in managing the situation. Key Issues - Poor housekeeping and lack of adherence to checklist systems - Unavailability of water in toilets for handwashing and flushing - Staff lacked authority to resolve issues - Lack of accountability and concern from management *Recommendation:* Based on my experience, I would not recommend Santosh Hospital to anyone seeking treatment. The hospital needs significant improvements in its infrastructure and housekeeping practices to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.

Overall Good Experience I visit Santosh hospital hospital for my Uncle treatment. We find the hospital staff and Doctors very courteous. The Treatment was also very good and ECHS & CGHS staff very good nature.

This is the best hospital in western up. They treat patient very kindly and all staff are well qualified & trained. There have well educated and experienced doctor.
