Poor Hygiene and Maintenance - Sahu Rameshwar Saran Kothiwal Hospital Heart and Neuro Centre I recently spent some time in the general ward of this hospital, and I was very disappointed with the overall cleanliness and basic facilities. While the ward wasn't overcrowded, the level of hygiene was extremely poor. The washrooms were in terrible condition--dirty, smelly, and clearly not cleaned regularly. Dustbins were present but not being used properly, as garbage was lying around them or on the floor instead of inside. It looked like cleanliness is maintained only for show, not in practice. What concerned me even more was the condition of the patient linens and bedsheets. They were dirty, stained, and clearly not fresh. It's unacceptable for patients to lie on such unhygienic bedding, especially in a healthcare setting where infection control is so important. From a hospital of this level, one expects much better standards. The management seriously needs to take immediate action to improve hygiene, cleanliness, and patient comfort.

Pathetic experience, specifically orthopaedic section, first they let you wait for more than an hour for opd then they simply told you to get X-ray and a number of new tests, after that they again let you wait for more than one hour just to show your x-ray to doctor i don't know why.... again on your next appointment date they call you gave you a unique time to come to avoid waiting but once you reach there they told you to wait again for more than one hour without knowing the condition of the patient and when you go to higher authority to complaint they told you to just move from one building to another to register your complaint. Seriously pathetic service.

Anupama bansal. Most arrogant and rude dr. Even in her private clinic she talks so rudely. Hope kothiwal college management terminate her soon. Worst cardiologist ever i met. She only survive in this college. Her attitude towards patient is so worst.

Dr Anupama Bansal. (Heart specialist) Maha bakwas doctor she even don't deserve to be doctor. Dr. is so rude and arrogant. I wish google start negative rating also.

Dr anupama bansal ,moradabad, kothiwal hospital which is cardiologists is very expensive inside kothiwal hospital moradabad and also talks to patients very screams and writes medicine too not listen to the everyone is put in line and whose identity is shown to be the first to see and make the poor wait for four to five five hours and by writing a checkup its better to remove this doctor and put another doctor who listens to the poor and writes medicine cheap and also reduces your still too i pray with folded this lady should be removed from sanjay sinha ji and kk mishra sir ..

Dr bhaskar kurechyaa (nephrologist) he is so weird he dont tell proper diet plan to the patients even that incresed level cretinine "totallly sane"

Dr shardha room no 4 is very rude.tell her to deal the patients calmly.
