I'm unsure about the doctor's expertise because despite having a confirmed appointment, I never got to see them. After waiting for over an hour in the OPD, I was told to wait for yet another hour without any clarity. The coordinator couldn't even confirm the doctor's whereabouts.
After more than an hour of waiting with no resolution, I had no choice but to leave without a consultation.
This experience is extremely disappointing and does not reflect the standards one expects from a hospital of MAX's reputation. It goes directly against your stated values of efficiency, consistency, and patient-centric care.
I hope this feedback leads to better coordination, communication, and respect for patients' time going forward.
