Graphic Era Hospital

I went for ultrasound for my epidermoid cyst. The lady on help desk did my billing and told me that it will take max 1 to 1.5 hours. I was like okay no problem ill sit in the waiting area. Waited there for 4 hrs 30 min still no one came to call my name and if im trying to ask anyone the so called lady guard was like "oo bhaii kidhar jaara" is this type of professional language you guys have despite of giving seats to the patients that lady guard was sitting in the seats using phone sometime playing with her id card and all those stuff. Ill attach a picture as well. I went again to the help desk stating its been 3 hours whats happening why its taking too much time and the answer from their end is " beth jao abhi bulayenge" isn't this an excuse, atleast tell me youre in que and your number is this but no. One of the worst experience in this hospital where just a normal ultrasound takes 5-6 hours. If you cannot handle this much amount of people then why there is no appointmet or a slot giving thing and then why you are welcoming walk in patients taking money from them and giving wrong advice that it will take 1 hour or 2 hour. Or else increase your machinery number so that it can work proficiently and no one should hassle there because of your poor mismanagement. On 16th also I visited the surgeon Mr. Jain, who was excellent doctor but same thing at the billing area there was a lady who was having earphones in her both ears. And patients are waiting there but no music is more important. Stop wasting time of your patients. This was my second and last visit im not gonna visit here ever in my life so if you wanna ban me from your hospital go ahead I don't give a damn to you guys.

I was admitted under Dr Divya Mishra who arranged for my operation within a day to avoid any risk. Thanks to her experience and care I have a healthy baby. In my 3 days stay in Graphic Era, the nurses and admin staffs regularly attended me day and night and the premises are very clean and hygienic. The hospital food and dietician maam in hospital B wing, needs special mention. Overall I'll forever be grateful to Dr Divya Mishra. Also to all visiting doctors and nurses of the private wards who answered my queries they are doing an amazing job and are very professional.

My treating doctor was Dr. Divya Mishra, an excellent gynecologist. My baby was safely delivered under her care, and I am truly thankful for her expertise and support throughout the process. My baby's pediatrician, Dr. Sayed, is also a wonderful and highly knowledgeable doctor. He explains everything clearly and with great patience, which was very reassuring for us as new parents. The entire hospital staff was very supportive and attentive. One thing I particularly appreciated was that the hospital takes feedback from patients at the time of discharge--this shows their dedication to continuous improvement. Overall, our stay in the private ward was very comfortable, and we are extremely satisfied with the care and services we received.

I had a very positive experience with my ACL surgery performed by Dr. Elvis. From the initial consultation to post-operative care, everything was handled with great professionalism and care. When you go to an emergency, the doctor comes outside to tell you that we don't have ICU beds available, whatever happens will not be our responsibility. Such a nice gesture of welcoming patients at emergency. Atleast check the patient first, his condition give him first aid or first treatment.
