A decent hospital with the expected facilities and subsidized rates. They won't allow visitors inside the ICU apart from the visiting time of 5-6 pm, that too, 1 person at a time wearing a mask along with the visitor's pass. For doctors, it's just another work day so you will have to push yourself to get all the information about your patients. Always talk to the doctors handling your specific case, the doctors on-duty don't have detailed information about your case and only tell you about the current condition of the patient. Keep your Ayushman card handy if you want to buy medicines through that. North block cafeteria is the best one and remains opens 24x7. There is a small hotel just beside the hospital for stays, although it's not good.

During my interaction, I experienced unprofessional behavior of two senior nursing staff and one PG. They spoke in a disrespectful tone and was very rude with the patient. I value the care provided by your facility and am sharing this feedback in the hope that it will help improve service quality and uphold the standards your institution is known for. I respectfully request that appropriate measures be taken to address this matter.

I recently visited this hospital for my mother's uterine surgery. The doctors and nursing staff were very professional and courteous. Their behavior towards patients was exemplary. However, the facilities within the ward were subpar. With around 30 beds, there were only 20 sitting tables available. Many patient relatives had to stand or sit on the patients' beds, which was frustrating. On the other hand, the hospital's cleanliness was impressive, with the ward being cleaned 2-3 times a day.

So it is very nice to see such a friendly environment right from OPD to In-patient. Nurses are also very empathetic. Keep the good work going. The service of the hospital is very good and we are happy with the care given to the patient. The security guard maintained a calm and respectful demeanor when dealing with a difficult situation. But many a time they showed very harsh attitude at gates and entrance to hospital

Recently I went to the hospital for my father's treatment. He had kidney stones which was successful and the place is very clean and the staff here is very good. They are very helpful. All the doctors and nursing staff took care of Papa as if he was being cared for by his own children. When we came for the operation, we wanted the operation to be done as soon as possible and we wanted to go home, but the way we were treated, we did not feel at all that we were in a hospital. The atmosphere was like our own home and now we have to go after 5 days, so it feels a bit strange to go to our own home. Thanks a lot SMIH
