Ujala Cygnus Central Hospital

Poor experience. Had to wait over 30 minutes just for an OPD slip, with only two receptionists managing 25-30 people. No fan or AC despite the summer heat. Brijlal Hospital is a better alternative for infrastructure and better management services. Satisfied with doctors treatment and service.

there is a bomb useless hospital.,.. The whole management is bad.... Ek report Dene me 17 hours... 2 days later he gave the report then....Then he told the reporting machine was damaged... Or report aane ke baad vaha pe doctor nhi...Because the doctor comes only on Tuesday or FridayIt is totally very bad hospital

I have been to the hospital and a good thing about this place is its canteen.The hospital canteen offers surprisingly good quality and homely food--fresh, well-cooked, and full of comforting flavors. The hygiene standards are well-maintained. Staff are polite, attentive, and always ready to help. Service is quick, and they genuinely value feedback. A great experience overall!

Pathetic service infrastructure. To get initial receipt it took 1.5 hrs. And doctors asked to pay for further tests, which has to be done in the same counter, this again took 1 hr plus. By the time we paid for the tests, doctor left the hospital. We have to come tomorrow to consult again. I am surprised to see such bad management and careless attitude of the staff. No one cares about the patients, their time and health. Worst hospital experience ever.

I think they spent money on infrastructure but some Staff members are rude in behaviour. No better arrangement. The billing desk and measurement of the BP arrangement was so messy . And we met an orthopedic doctor, patient ko emergency pain hai mrng se 10 am se Wait kr rhe but doctor aaye 11: 15 am .aur uske baad bhi busy in talking phone and not even listening to the problem of the patient carefully. Overall rating 02/10 ( main reason orthopedic doctor)

The staff at ICU is very unprofessional they dont even know how to properly do injections the patient feel pain every time is like they are trainee and the main doctor who does the operation or responsible for patients rarely visits and also they don't feed patients for several days if the case of operation, its not wrong but the fact that doctor rarely visit to hospital the operation sometimes delays or pending until the time they keep patients on medicines with no food because of chances of operation or they don't know until the doctor arrive. (my father was crying they won't give the food also his heart conditions became worse and doctor didn't informed us about the casualties so he pass away becouse of their casualties and they dont take serious patients even serious, i advice you to run from this hospital if you don't want death certificate of your family members.) Semi private ward totally looks like general ward . There is only single Ac Unit instead of 4 or 5 Ac unit. Doctors visits only 1 time in a day or 1 time in 2 Days. They are unnecessary looks buzy or earn extra money from other medicine selling job other than main profession.

Food canteen of hospital is really good and hygienic.I appreciate Danu food services for providing such facility. Prices are also reasonable and food quality is worth every penny. Kitchen Staff is also very friendly and provide quick services. They take care of patient's as well as the attendant needs and provide great food.

Pathetic infrastructure and service. Just go there and see. Looks like a gov hospital from inside. Doc are always eager to do surgery, Always. Had to wait in emergency for literally 3 hr for a doc who were in OT, which make sense but there is no team who can assist, even they dont have enough beds in Emergency. Also, just go and check the cleanness... its beyond words. Dont visit if you have other options.
