Sorry State of Affairs *Metro Hospital
Dear Mr Sandeep Chaudhary and Vikas Seth
This incidence I am narrating about Metro Hospital SIDCUL Haridwar . On 20th April 2025 night around 11.30 pm I reached along with Dr Tarun Gupta and Dr S K Mishra and some other staff along with a patient , who happens to be my friend , senior citizen ,colleague , a Senior IMA Member and a Senior Radiologist , Dr Manoj Singh who had severe chest pain . He was admitted in emergency and Cardiologist Dr Krishna was kind enough to visit him in wee hours around 12.30 pm.
There was no fan ( what to say of AC ) and lots of mosquitoes here and there . He was shifted to so called CCU and was told that AC is working over there but there was no AC and room was full of mosquitoes.
Today morning his family members got him discharged and taken to Jolly Grant .
He was served a whooping bill of 35000/- for 12 hrs that too for poor facilities in which room charges was 11000/-.
So this is the sorry state of affairs going on there and no respect and responsible behaviour of management for our members .
So I request you to look into the matter so that this doesn't happen again with any Doctor at least.
I can understand that hospitals are facing financial crunch due to PM JAY. But when this thing happens to us what are you doing for public.

I had the worst experience at this hospital. The staff is extremely lazy and selfish--they only care about making money by providing unnecessary services instead of actually helping patients. They take forever to respond, and when they do, they act like they're doing you a favor.
The hygiene is shocking! The washrooms are filthier than those in government hospitals, with a horrible smell and no proper cleaning. It's clear that patient care is not a priority here.
If you value your health and sanity, I strongly advise you to stay away from this place!
My experience at Metro Hospital, Haridwar was deeply disappointing, primarily due to the appalling standard of nursing and caring staff. The lack of basic empathy and attentiveness was shocking. Requests for assistance were met with dismissive attitudes, and there was a clear sense of indifference towards patient comfort. Basic care, such as timely medication administration and hygiene maintenance, was consistently neglected. The staff seemed overwhelmed and disinterested, creating an environment of stress and neglect. I would strongly advise anyone seeking compassionate and competent care to look elsewhere. The nursing staff demonstrated a severe lack of professionalism and caring, which greatly impacted my recovery."
Key points this review emphasizes:
1. Lack of empathy and attentiveness
2. Dismissive attitudes
3. Neglect of basic care (medication, hygiene)
4. Overwhelmed and disinterested staff
5. Lack of professionalism.
Never consider Metro hospital, Haridwar to admit your loved ones.
I was admitted due to chest pain.. seriously they treat me very nicely. Regular test and medicine. Now I am ok. One of the best room I have seen for echs . Doctor and all staff was good ...
All emergency nursing staff very punctual and very concerned on duty time my experience is very good thank you all emergency nursing staff
Worst experience ever. The staff is arrogant and unprofessional. The official ultrasound timings in morning is 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM but the doctor only comes after 10 AM. The assistant staff does not follow the norms of first come first serve but randomly calls patient as if it is a lucky draw. Not recommended even for minor medical assistance.
I was admitted due to fistula problem on 12/1/2025 in ECHS panel under Dr Mr Deepak sir .they treat me very good .I'm fully satisfied Dr Deepak sir and the all Hospital staff specially nurshs and house keeping very good service as well as our Army Hospital,s.
Thanks all metro staff and our ECHS LO Team.
