I think there is a lot of money looting going on here, I would not recommend you guys to go to this hospital please First of all the staff of this hospital is not good. And secondly the doctor examined my ear and said there is no problem, your ear is clean, then I was told to go to another doctor to see if the vein in my ear is torn, then he examined it and there is no problem, the ear is fine, then I was sent to another doctor, she said I will give you medicine for 5 days, come again, I asked what is the problem, she said there is garbage in the ear, even the doctor is not able to figure out what the problem is, then why is he giving me medicine, I did not understand this

Came to visit for an emergency case for the child, the response was quick enough and appropriate measure and medicine were recommended and thanks to @Dr kanwal Deep singh (child specialist) for looking up and giving best advice.

Dr. Jagmohan Singh Rana is the best here, not only as doctor as a person too, he is extremely talented and warm-hearted and astoundingly much more communicative than most of the doctors you have ever met; If you go to this hospital, go straight to him, follow his course and you will find yourself in a healthy place where you can't be with medicines that may help in the shorter run but wouldn't prove much beneficial in the longer run. Dr. Abhishek is the other doctor you can directly approach without any worry as he is great at what he does, he is a little quiet but as I said, he is great at what he does; specifically, speaking with experience, pleural tapping is a procedure where doctors of a renowned medical college, near this city, struggled with the real-time ultrasound, and Dr. Abhishek did the procedure without any of that, with so ease and confidence that speaks of his experience regarding procedures. And there is a very sweet and kind soul in this hospital with the name Chandrakala, in the staff; if you want any help, find her; she is the kind of person who can make you feel at home even in a crowded hospital in times of illness. Disgusting staff there. To be more specific, staff in room no. 20. What happened was - My mother was diagnosed with a hairline fracture in her rib cage and doctor advised her to use rib cage belt. I was told to go to room no. 20 for a demo to use that belt. I went there, he told me "go, check youtube" and talked to me very badly. I think its his job to give demos to patients as he is getting salary for the same, not for saying "check youtube". Okay, I get that I am a female and he was hesitant to give demo on me. Instead of that, he could use himself to give demo. Plus he should have talk to me politely if he was not comfortable in doing so. I think Hospital administration should put a board on door of room no. 20 highlighting "check Youtube for demos". This could save some money which the hospital is paying for that staff member in room no. 20.

My child was admitted to the hospital in the general ward, and the staff there is very rude. They don't speak politely at all. Even the nurses talk disrespectfully. Dr. Divyank Bansal is one of the best ENT specialist. he is very experienced and knowledgeable doctor.I am fully satisfied with the treatment the doctor is excellent as well as the staff.

Dr.Abhishek who is on night duty is such a rude person.He treats patients as though they are his servants.It is a Doctors duty to be patient with his patients and explain the course of treatment and diagnosis when asked.He talked to us as if we did not deserve to know anything.I come from a medical background and know a thing or two about medicine and doctors.These are exactly the type of doctors whose attitude brings disrepute to the hospital and all the good and hard work done by the other staff is undone.It finally leaves a bad taste in the mouth, very disappointed !
