very bad behaviour....the receptionist and other workers in first floor near general medicine opd are very rude they call patient relatives 'osobho' especially receptionist who sat beside Receptionist Ritika...that lady was screeming with cake in hand on 9/07/2025 afternoon ,is telling others more appropriately their patients as ill behaved ....moreover my mother needed an emergency ECG ,as there cardiologist was unavailable they misguided us to show to general medicine doctor.....don't know about how efficient the workers are but these receptionist on first floor need to improve their behaviour...they must understand patients visit hospitals in emergency only .Higher authority please look into this matter and kindly take actions against these receptionist for patients sake. For proof kindly see cctv camera(if available) .

Rude behaviour of staffs. No maintenance of sequence of the patient. Lack of knowledge regarding diagnosis.. some says CT scan should be done earlier dn endoscopy, some says endoscopy should be done earlier dn CT scan.. In durgapur mission they maintain 5 for new patient aftr that 5 for the patient for report, but here there is no such maintenance.. Lots of staff but lack of knowledge.

Excellent service for their hospitality, Excellent behavior and Excellent timing maintained. I am very much satisfied.

The most unprofessional and unsatisfying experience I have ever received. I went for full body check-up, they will take money with smiling face and your journey starts. The blood sample will be taken without any issue, which is not what I want for. I was looking for USG, ECG, TMT etc. after the blood sample, they took me to USG. After USG, rest of the test never happened. I went up and down talking to different people to understand, when the rest of the test will happen. After waiting for three more hours, they asked me come next day. I went there next day morning (9.30 am), waited for three hour, the technician came late finally did the ECG only and been asked to come for eco and other test next day. Finally I lost hope, I am visiting from out of city and have certain amount of time to complete certain things. This unprofessional service kept me thinking, I should not have gone there in the first place and lose my time and patience. This is not at all acceptable.

Paitent is waiting more time due to less man power in reception as well as blood collection room it should be viewed seriously. Time is more valuable for all citizen.

Had the most horrible experience , DR URMI SANYAL gynaecologist is extremely rude doesnot know how to talk to patients at all . She asked me what my problem was , I told her that my ultrasound reports shows presence of cyst and I have bloating in my stomach and weight issues . She didnot even bother to go through my reports even once . Instead she suggested other gastro specialist and a dermatologist at mission. Whereas these doctors told me that all these issues are happening because of cyst . Extremely ill mannered doctor . They are simply running a business there .

This is the worst hospital of west bengal, let me tell you the trick, if you do blood test here the report will never be genuine, everytime they will show you wrong report inorder to trap you and do business with you. In simple if you do 100times blood test with them they will give you fake report
