The doctors at Astha Medical are highly skilled and professional, and their medical care is commendable. However, the overall experience is undermined by several serious issues. The working staff are extremely unprofessional, rude, and lack basic knowledge and courtesy. The clinic is often overcrowded with very limited space and no proper seating arrangements for patients, which makes waiting uncomfortable and frustrating. Additionally, the medicine shop attached to Astha Medical is highly overpriced and offers no discounts whatsoever. The prices are significantly higher compared to other pharmacies. I strongly recommend purchasing your medicines from a pharmacy that offers reasonable discounts and transparent pricing.

If you are a patient , PLEASE DON'T VISIT THIS PLACE IS A GROUP OF TOXIC STAFF YESTERDAY I VISITED DR RUPAM KR. TA. 1STLY HE INSULTED ME, HE IS LISTENING MY PROBLEMS AND REGULARLY INSULTING ME. THIS IS THE WORST DR. I HAD EVER VISITED. THE PAYMENT STAFF LADY HAD A VERY BAD BEHAVIOUR, HE MISBEHAVED WITH MY GRANDPA. THE ONLY THING THEY CRAVING FOR IS YOUR MONEY. IF YOU HAVE ENDLESS MONEY AND YOU WANT TO SPEND IT SOMEWHERE THEN ABSOLUTELY YOU CAN VISIT HERE.

Very bad staffs. the behaviour of (aastha-medical-center) staffs are very bad they are treating with patients like animals. Then why some best Drs choice aastha medical center for patients? Very bad experience. Plz Burdwan health administrator takes an action against these staffs

Doctors are good but staff are pathetic and no behavior. They don't know how to treat properly to patients. Very arrogant attitude. About Hygenic of premises it's not so fair but too much mosquitoes and stinking smell. Looks like Medical Center themselves creating patients.

The downside are the staffs the booked the queue for their patients and when the patients arrived they are sending them without any queue. Doctor's are good . If you go through staffs its all good otherwise even if you go first just like me you will have to wait for the patients of the staffs. Shameful. Just giving it stars for the Doctor's

Worst hospital you should never visit even in emergency,instead go to medical college just a little ahead from this trash hospital.....worst staff service ever, the front desk staff/receptionist were unbothered about who comes or goes ,i was there to visit a general physician which is obvious should be present but surprisingly no doctors were available they asked me for on call doctor which is basically RMO cause i too am a medical staff and i know how hospital system runs , I understand the rush , the hectic schedules but this is not ghe way to react or response when someone new has come to you with some problems to solve ...the whole set up is useless and that too located just beside an off shop .

Bad worst management And behaviour of the staff, one emergency patient come in morning 10 am and serial number is 12 in patient list but he gets doctor at 5pm This is the management system. If you think to appointment here you think 100 times then you go See the bill There is no discount, i think they forgot how to adding of numbers. Direct scam

All specialty doctors are available. While I understand there is a queue, doctors diagnose the issue carefully and provide the best resolution. Staff are very helpful. QR and cash facility available to buy medicine.
