There are no proper serial wise rules while visiting doctors, they take files and call the patient on their own choice, but they do not maintain the serial, also found some especially category patient without serial. Also there are no sufficient seats for patients of gurdian or family. Reports are not found in their commitment time, even the receptionist are not announcing the patient's name for reporting. Most of the staff's behaviour is not gentle, they talked roughly. Only Doctors behaviour is found Good

I had a disappointing experience at Shubham Hospital. I had brought a relative there after consulting a doctor from Apollo Hospitals Hyderabad via the Apollo 24/7 app. As advised, we immediately went for an endoscopy. However, to our surprise, the reception staff refused to proceed, stating that they do not perform endoscopies for patients referred from outside. This was extremely inconvenient and frustrating, especially in a medical emergency. There was no prior information about such a restriction, and we were turned away after reaching the hospital. Such policies should be clearly communicated in advance to avoid wasting patients' time and causing distress. I sincerely hope the hospital management addresses this issue and improves coordination for referred patients.

Money looting and big scam in this hospital, verry verry bad service, don't go there

Extremely Disappointing Experience Took my mother, a neuro patient, to Subham Hospital, and Dr. Soumen Kantikumar was highly unprofessional. He ignored her issues, didn't check her MRI or reports, and was busy talking on the phone and digging his ear with a pen. He even showed bias, giving his contact to another patient but denying it to us. This was during an emergency, making the experience even worse. Absolutely not recommended.

One of the best in coochbehar. Professional doctors, helpful staffs, updated machineries, good medical services. I would suggest you here.

My mom is heart patient. One day she is very critical condition, then we admitted her to Subham hospital. Now she is fine Thanks to Dr. B.Das. We are very happy. And I also told about him to my friends and neighbors. Thanks again.

I actually want to rate zero star but actually here this option not available that's why i rate one(1) star

Doctor and nurses ar well. But the management system is rubbish.
