I had a very disappointing experience at Lakhotia Diagnostic Centre. The staff's behaviour towards patients is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Rather than being helpful or courteous, they seemed indifferent and at times even rude when approached with basic queries. This kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting where patients expect compassion and support. Moreover, their report delivery system is poorly managed. Not only was my report delayed without any clear communication, but when I asked for assistance, the staff outright denied any help and showed no concern for the inconvenience caused. Such negligence and lack of accountability raise serious concerns about their service quality. I would not recommend this diagnostic centre to anyone who values respectful treatment and reliable service. They seriously need to improve their customer handling and report management process.

I have experienced much difficulties. . Some receptionists' behavior very rude and unfair. One person's form was given to me to sign ,so after being on an empty stomach since morning, my name was not called. They were told to wait until 2.30 p. m. It was a horrible and also inexplicable pain I suffered. Anyway, my dr. has been satisfied to the report .

Worst experience ever. I was in the CT scan machine for 3 hours.. almost left to die.. no body came to check on me or asked me if i needed any help.. Rude behavior of the management and staff. They deserve 0 stars honestly

I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service and behavior at Lakhotia Diagnostics Serampore. This is not a one-time incident -- it's the third time I've faced unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful behavior from their staff. Previously, I chose to ignore it thinking it might have been a bad day or an isolated incident, but it's now clear that this is how they consistently treat people. The staff here have no manners, no sense of responsibility, and absolutely no professionalism. Rather than showing basic courtesy, they behave arrogantly and act like they're doing a favor by responding to simple enquiries. In a healthcare setup, patients deserve compassion, patience, and polite communication -- but here you'll find none of that. Today again, for a basic enquiry regarding their services, I was met with rude replies and dismissive behavior. To make matters worse, their management is completely irresponsible and disorganized. The report delivery system is chaotic -- reports get delayed without any prior information, and when you enquire about it, no one is willing to help or take accountability. Everyone passes the blame on others, and the management seems least bothered about improving their service or addressing complaints. A diagnostic centre is a place where people come with health concerns and worries, and being treated with disrespect and indifference adds to the mental stress. Such unethical and unprofessional practices are unacceptable, and I will be filing an official complaint with the appropriate health authorities against this centre for constant harassment, poor management, and negligence in service. I strongly advise others to avoid Lakhotia Diagnostics Serampore if you value respectful treatment, reliable service, and professional behavior. This place has lost my trust forever.

Very much cooperative while I have visited for Dr. Arijit Sen for check up of my wife... Doly di... Quite friendly.....

This is the worst diagnostic clinic I have ever visited, the management is so bad the staff is so lethargic, unfriendly and uncooperative you have to ask the same thing again and again, overall a bad management they need to hire new staff. The doctors who have chamber here are nice, qualified but the management is really bad.

I needed urgent blood test reports. After 2 days still I am waiting for my reports. They dont care for any patients. Even manager was soo Rude.

Very poor service & management.....45 mints waiting for ECG bt no pt in ECG room ..with out any reason 45 mints+ waiting
