Management quality is very very poor. No one cares about patient or patient partys valuable time. They take too much time to visit a doctor. And doctors are get meetings in between patient visiting time and patients are waiting out side to treatment.its rediculus

Yesterday I went there with my father to show my sister's report to the doctor. Every staff, the doctor, receptionist, security guard, the canteen staff all were very good and polite but when we went to the pharmacist the young staff was very rude. There were 2 patient parties in the desk befor us and there two staffs these both were taking care of the patient parties. However the one staff where we were standing was busy with the keyboard for like more than half an hour and we told him that we have to go because my sisters is suffering from spine injury, and she was alone at the time and we had my grandma with us who is a cancer patient and just just came after doing her ultrasound and she was very tired as it was a very hot day. So we ask him if he could give us the medicine, as we have only two medicines. However he replied very rudely and said we can buy it from outside if we want. Is this the way? They were using fowl language among themselves too infront of the patient parties. it's unexpected behaviour. I was not expecting such behaviour from a staff of such a prestigious institute like Thalamus. I request to the administration to look after this. I have also filled the feedback form with the complaint. I believe the administration will take strict action and save their reputation. My number is there in the feedback form. If needed I can come the and say this to the concern authority.

Very bad experience. Lack of co operation and most importantly No management at all.

I found the service to be very good and very quick service after Sunday.

Management system is so weak that we have to wait for 4 to 5 hours just to see pateint , when it comes to money they ask you to pay but when it comes to result mean report or appointment then you have to wait more than half hours , is it how they will run this big named hospital ?? So worst experience I have ever had , and not just me there are multiple people who get angry and disappointment at the same time ...

The hospital is well maintained with competent doctors and staff, very proactive co staff. We had a very good experience at the hospital.
