The receptionist lady was so inconsistent. I had the token no 24 but at least 35 patients were able to visit the doctor before me. Some people with the later token number than me got the chance to go inside the doctor's chamber before me without any obstruction. There was no system... every patient entering the doctor's chamber left and right without respecting the token number and the people already standing in the line and waiting. We visited Dr. Debangshu Das, the doctor was very good and he has absolutely nothing to do with this inconvenience. We had to wait at least 3 hrs more than the scheduled time. Considering that me and my parents hadn't eaten anything from morning 9 am and it was 5 pm when we were finally able to enter the doctor's chamber. We had a very very bad experience there.

Very bad behaviour of some nurses and masi. Our patient was made sick by wrong treatment. The patient was treated very badly while he was sick. The sick patient was insulted by the nurses without treatment and care. After giving the wrong treatment, the doctor did not come to see the patient even in an emergency situation. Finally, we were forced to take the patient from there to Siliguri for treatment and then our patient recovered.

Yesterday night we are meet & pay visit Dr. Dabanshu ,he told me ok tomorrow admit our nursing home. Today 10.30 am I was admitted but when I gone in room, room fully dirty, bed sheet broken and blood spots. All bed are same and pello .staff are told me, you carry at your home. Very rude behavior. I basically belong hospitality industry. I am shocked. Everyday poor people come and visit deferent checkup and admit this nursing home. They didn't given normal facility. So why admit that type of nursing home? Because other options nil . And few politicians and administrator involved. I'm suggesting all my brother and sister please don't go that type nursing home. Services are a little costly but maintenance and cleanliness is good and also the staff and the doctors are very polite.

My father was admitted and based on that experience I will just say that it is a hospital in Jalpaiguri for any kind of emergency treatment but can't be categorised among very good/ best one. This is my second review in addition to above paragraph. I would like to highlight the negligence and carelessness of ICU staffs who are just gossiping more than focusing on patients. They need to be well treated by management. I am just returning from ICU where my father is admitted 2 days before and during my visits I observed something strange which the staffs inside couldn't and when I called one of the fellow, he replied "it's nothing, then I showed the abnormal scene to a sister(nurse), she also replied carelessly-" it's because of less water intake. After sometime I spoke with someone else who supported me and taken an immediate action(effective or not, GOD knows). But I have always observed the carelessness of supporting staffs. Dr Devangshu Das is a very good doctor but I don't have blind thrust on the serving staffs. Management need to be stringent for these careless people (at least in ICU). Overall, it's okay...

Most third class nursing home...in emergency nursing home only looting your money no medical service only delay your treatment

Service is very poor,,, always u r in waiting,,,for eco cardio we have to wait over 2 & half hours,,,, stuff are unprofessional
