The staff behaved very politely and professionally with us, and especially with patience, during billing and payments. The medical attendants were extremely caring towards the patient, they did everything possible to make our appointment as convenient as could be done.

I was highly satisfied and grateful for the kind and hospitable behaviour and service of "Sister Sujata Dasgupta"! Great experience and I highly recommend her for any sort of medical procedures. She is extremely humble and well-trained professional.

This is a diagnostic center and doctors chamber under Apollo brand run by a franchise. It has very good location near sodepur. Facilities are having all modern equipment, but looks is a little outdated due to lack of cleaning. Services are mediocre. Specially their total disregard for people's time. I advise to take a day off from work, if you have an appointment there.

The service is good, cleanliness hygiene is also very good. Thank you to Sujata Paul for her assistance. A small feedback, need to rethink about the queue handling process. The same is increasing the waiting time for the patient. Online or app based billing process can be a solution which will reduce the waiting time for the patient. Overall service is good and satisfactory.

I contacted Sodepur Apollo from Delhi for my mother's treatment. The staff there are very helpful. Moumita madam helped a lot to arrange an appointment with the doctor and kept me updated and I planned my travel accordingly.

Absolutely disgraceful management. I was explicitly informed two days ago that appointment bookings for a certain doctor could only be made between 7:30 AM and 8:00 AM on Thursdays. Following this instruction, one of my family members began calling at exactly 7:30 AM. After repeatedly encountering a busy line, we finally got through--only to be bluntly told, "You should have called from 7:00 AM. The bookings are closed." This is outright misinformation from their staff, and because of their incompetence, my 80+ year-old grandmother is now forced to wait another entire week for a consultation. What's worse? They didn't even have the basic decency to acknowledge their mistake, let alone apologize. Had I known their sheer lack of accountability, I would have recorded the call as evidence--but who expects such blatant negligence from a so-called reputable institution? And this is not an isolated incident. I have visited Apollo multiple times in 2024, and every single time, their service has been beyond abysmal. OPD patients were not even informed of their serial numbers--appointments were manipulated, numbers were tampered with. Not once, not twice, but on at least three to four separate visits. For a clinic that charges 200+ more per doctor compared to other clinics, this level of incompetence is absolutely unacceptable. If this is the so-called premium service Apollo provides, I have nothing but disgust for their operations.

For follicular and ultra sono graphy testing taking time due to doctor was always late last 2 months, i got bad experinces for this test, we have also have work to do , how many time we took leave day for this test , hope appolo will understand
