I want to express my disappointment with the hospital and the doctor's behavior. Unfortunately, the doctor's conduct was completely unprofessional. He made religious remarks and inappropriate comments, which are unacceptable in a medical setting.
As a patient, I expect respectful and professional treatment. However, my experience at this hospital fell short. I would advise others to exercise caution and consider seeking treatment elsewhere.
If you're considering treatment at this hospital, please make an informed decision. A good doctor and hospital prioritize not only your health but also your dignity and respect.
Based on my experience, I would give this hospital a negative rating. I hope my review helps others make informed decisions about their healthcare choices.
I lost my father because of negligence, delay, and lack of proper care at this hospital. We admitted him on 23rd May with a critical condition -- he was conscious, responsive, and came walking. The doctors informed us that he had a brain hemorrhage but gave us hope with a procedure they called EVD, saying it could help.
Instead of referring him to a higher and more equipped hospital or performing the necessary life-saving CRANIOTOMY, they chose to delay the surgery and only did the EVD on 25th May -- two full days later.
From there, his condition worsened rapidly. He became unconscious after the procedure, was kept in ICU for days, and no transparent explanation or urgency was shown after that. We trusted their word. We had no medical knowledge. They never explained all the options or the actual severity. If we had been guided to shift him to a better hospital on time, maybe he would still be with us.
On 1st June, my father passed away -- and we lost not just a patient, but our entire world. A man who was just 53, with dreams, strength, and a life ahead.
The worst part? Even after this loss, the hospital showed no empathy, no real effort to take responsibility, and treated our questions like a nuisance. We were just another case to them.
This review is not written in anger -- it is written in grief, helplessness, and warning to others. Please, if your loved one has a critical condition, take them to a top-tier hospital immediately. Don't rely on facilities that lack proper infrastructure and delay decisions.
Worst hospital. No patient care . Behaviour is very rude . Staffs are not helpful and very arrogant. They are just looting patients in the name of medical services. They don't deserve even 1. Don't go there .
I want to share my distressing experience at this hospital, where Dr. C.K. Sarkar's behavior was appalling. As a pregnant woman, I expected compassion and respect, but Dr. Sarkar's conduct was completely unacceptable. She made inappropriate comments and showed a blatant disregard for my dignity.
Critique of Dr. C.K. Sarkar
Dr. Sarkar's behavior is a clear example of unprofessional conduct. Her actions not only compromised my trust but also raised serious concerns about her suitability to practice medicine. I strongly believe that Dr. C.K. Sarkar should resign from her position, as her behavior is unbecoming of a healthcare professional.
The hospital's system seems to prioritize profits over patient care, with a lack of accountability and oversight. This incident highlights the need for systemic change and better training for staff.
I would advise others to exercise caution when dealing with Dr. C.K. Sarkar and this hospital. Patients deserve respectful and compassionate care, and there are better options available.
I urge the hospital administration to take immediate action against Dr. C.K. Sarkar and address the systemic issues that led to this incident. Patients' safety and dignity should be the top priority.
