Very nice hospital , Dr.tejo krishna garu excellent treatment in nephrology in kakinada,dialysis and nurses care is good. Not money minded hospital,low budget and more care for dialysis patients.

***VERY VERY VERY COMMERCIAL HOSPITAL***... We have taken our mother in emergency condition. The hospital was charged 20K on 1day for dialysis. No positive response from doctor and lady nurse's. No government schemes are available in this hospital. Even a hand gloves also need to buy and provide to them by ourself. Literally we faced very bad situation in this hospital for 1month. They had given wrong treatment to my mother and conducted day by day dialysis. So that my mother was became very very weak. Compare to other hospital's they have been charged high amount for dialysis treatment. Especially Dr. Thejo krishna has no positive mind to educate the patient relatives for health condition of patient, as a doctor he use to give trust and positive response to patient relative's, but he was not doing that.

Dr. Thejo krishna is a extremely knowledgeable doctor. He interpret facts or results accurately and suggests patients future course of action. He avoids unnecessary medical tests and explains reasons if required. A small suggestion office staff may interact in a more polite manner to enhance customer service. I have observed that reception staff have improved a lot over these 3 years. One more observation related to pharmacy shop, she is very slow in doing her work which is leading to unnecessary delay at medical shop. It too more than 30 min to receive requested medicine.

It's a very bad hospital I ever seen in my life , he is completely money minded and don't know how to speak to the patient's very rude and don't deserve even a single star , I got treatment and am faced after stones operation for 10 days in hospital
