Visited Bright hospital today, got my B12 shot. @Srinivas Rekapalli has done my injection without any pain. The staff was very responsive.

Both the pediatricians are very knowledgeable and friendly. Their treatment and caring for my child is appreciable. I only like caring and treatment of the doctors. Pharmacy department must be improved in speed service.

I'm very much satisfied,best pediatric hospital providing 24/7 service . Very friendly doctors and nursing staff ,treating kids with care and providing support to parents. Especially counselling was excellent by Dr.Srinivas sir and Dr.Karthik sir ,they are patiently listening to each and every patient and clearing all the doubts of mothers. Friendly environment and staff was extremely professional and well trained, providing treatment with affordable and reasonable cost . I strongly recommend this hospital for every parents

Our child was diagnosed with a rare brain disorder, and thanks to Dr. Srinivas's deep expertise, attention to every detail, and compassionate approach, we made it through one of the toughest times in our lives. Not only did he guide us with absolute clarity and precision, but he also took the time to explain every step in a calm, reassuring way. His meticulous care and ability to think ahead gave us confidence and comfort. What truly touched us was chief admin Mrs. Sri Lakshmi's deep empathy in critical times and financial consideration--before recommending a major critical surgery at a specialty hospital in Chennai which nobody is capable of doing in vijayawada. In addition, Srinivas enquired a lot of possibilities around including AIIMS, but found none. Then he ensured that all necessary initial care was done thoughtfully and cost-effectively at Bright before moving to Chennai. He never rushed in haste, and always kept our baby's well-being at the center of every decision. Thanks to his guidance, the surgery went well, and today our baby is doing great--thriving and healthy. Bright Children's Hospital is more than just a medical center--it's a place of hope, and Dr. Srinivas is a doctor every parent would wish for in a time of crisis. We will always be grateful. We were impressed during the first time consultations for our elder boy when he was under severe sequence of fevers, every other doctor in the city before were administering antibiotic cocktails. Dr. Srinivas simply avoided antibiotics but improved the immunity, it did the magic. He recommends to all for preventive measures like Vaccines and personal hygiene, often . Special thanks to Dr. karthik Reddy garu and Dr.Srinivas garu , they took utmost care for my 1 1/2 year old child, who was admitted with severe gastroenteritis and anaemic. She received very good line of treatment in this hospital, she recovered well within 4 days. Nursing staff are well trained and handled with good care.Administration department was quite good in explaining each and every aspect. I'm very much satisfied with their service and hospitality, I strongly recommend this hospital for pediatrics
