You are doing truly meaningful and noble work. *NOTE* While the hospital offers essential healthcare services, there are a few areas that need urgent improvement to enhance patient and attendee experience: Waiting Area for Attendees: There is currently no proper waiting space for the attendees of patients. At least a small, designated area for 1-2 attendees per patient would help provide basic comfort and reduce crowding. Communication from ICU: Communication between ICU staff and patient attendees needs significant improvement. Updates should be given immediately and regularly to keep families informed of their loved one's condition, especially during critical times. Pharmacy Staff: The attitude and service of the pharmacy staff need attention. It would greatly help to either replace or retrain the current staff to ensure they treat patients and their families with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency. Improvements in these areas would greatly enhance the trust and overall experience of patients and their families. Thank you...
