The doctors were excellent, but the management or staff seemed untrustworthy. When I mentioned using insurance, they delayed filing the claim for three days and insisted I pay upfront, claiming that coverage would only begin once the insurance was approved. They charged me for everything, yet they also submitted the same charges to the insurance company.
When I requested the bill, they initially refused, stating that it would only be sent to the insurance company. A few days later, they finally emailed it to the insurer but mistakenly copied me on the message, revealing the whole process.
Be cautious of such practices at this hospital.
