I visited the hospital for an outpatient consultation and was charged 3500, which included all necessary tests. While the cost was acceptable, I was surprised when I requested a bill and was informed by the nurse that no bill would be provided. For such a reputed hospital, not issuing a bill is quite disappointing and unprofessional. This lack of transparency is the reason I chose to leave the hospital. I strongly urge the management to change this practice and ensure proper billing is provided to maintain credibility and patient trust.
