Aster Clinic Bur Dubai (AJMC)

Caution: Please take a few minutes to read this and avoid wasting your entire day by visiting this clinic. I had a very disappointing experience with Aster Clinic, one of the worst I've encountered in the UAE. I had scheduled an appointment for April 25, 2025, at 8:40 PM, booking it one week in advance. I arrived at the clinic at 7:30 PM, only to be informed at Counter 6 that the doctor was available only until 7:30 PM. This raises a serious concern -- why was I allowed to book an appointment at 8:40 PM if the doctor was not available? I was told the doctor's appointment was cancelled because it was her last working day before vacation and that her husband was waiting outside. Honestly, I fail to understand how this is the patient's fault or responsibility. Furthermore, the staff mentioned that the doctor is "very famous" and difficult to book an appointment with. Regardless of whether a doctor is famous or not, patients deserve proper service, especially when clinics are getting paid through insurance or otherwise. It is completely unfair that patients have to suffer due to internal mismanagement. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident -- it is the fourth time I have faced a similar situation with Aster Clinic. Their app displays one schedule, while their internal system reflects something completely different. If the app is not synchronized with real availability, it defeats the purpose of maintaining one. In my opinion, Aster Clinic appears to be well-organized in terms of advertising, branding, and promotional campaigns, but when it comes to patient care, consultation management, and overall service quality, their performance is extremely poor. I have attached proof of my appointment confirmation, visit records, and even the reminder message sent just one hour before the appointment. If there were an option to give negative stars, I certainly would have. Unfortunately, Google only allows a minimum of one star, which even feels undeserved in this case.

I had amazing experience consulting with Dr Vishnu Kumar ENT specialist for my sinus issues. He was able to identify and diagnose my condition accurately. Dr Vishnu Kumar is the best ENT specialist in aster clinic. He's very caring and highly knowledgeable. Dr Vishnu also explains the reason of the problem in detail. However busy his clinic is he always makes time for a detailed Consultation. His team consisting of nurse Anusha and assistant Rajesh is amazing. I am highly highly impressed with his treatment and recommend him to all.
