Very bad experience
Unskilled nursing staff, unresponsive and uncooperative towards patients. Worst experience
Very unhygienic and dirty toilets (smells really bad)
Very bad ventilation in general ward and lobby no fans or A.C
Receptionist are also very slow. Patients have to wait several minutes just to book appointment for OPD. Using very old software. Servers crashes frequently
PMJAY receptionist is also very unresponsive

Aayushman card will be there, even without being invited, he has started this staff operation.
My wife got the operation done here, the problem was not solved, but after the operation, she started getting other problems.
No doctor does the operation here, all the students do the operation, no one should trust them.
All students do operations here, no one should trust that this is not a hospital, This is the center that gives training to the students, the hospital is empty and all the other poor doctor staff are here.
Never go to PSM, go to sola civil, then go to Gandhinagar civil, these two are the best.
