"I recently visited the hospital, and I was very disappointed with the behavior of the reception staff. The way they communicated was unprofessional and disrespectful. As the first point of contact in a hospital, the reception team plays a crucial role in making patients feel comfortable, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I hope the hospital management takes note of this issue and ensures better training for their reception staff to improve patient interactions in the future."

If it is possible to give a review in minus then I would like to give minus 5 star... My wife was admitted in this hospital for 2 days... My wife's whole body was burning and blood is normal low.. But instead of treating the problem, this doctor gave useless injections.. If he wanted to be discharged from the hospital, he was kept sitting for 1 hour... And the work of all the staff is bad.. If we ask any questions to the receptionist 3 or 4 times, he will answer in attitude.. This doctor just wants money... He doesn't care about the condition of the paint.. All I want to say is that Shraddha did not go to the hospital. Bad experience in my whole life...
