Very poor customer service. There was no seating arrangement for waiting customers, and the receptionist, Mrs. Pearl Dastur, displayed highly unprofessional behavior. This experience left me extremely dissatisfied. I hope the management takes serious steps to address such unprofessional conduct of Mrs Pearl Dastur. Highly not recommended.

Exploitative Experience for Students I went to Apollo Clinic for my UK visa TB test, and I'm extremely disappointed with the unethical practice happening here. They insist on a passport-size photo, but no matter how perfectly you bring your own photos, they'll always reject them with absurd excuses -- too dark, too light, doesn't match, and so on. It's clearly a deliberate tactic to force students to go to a specific photo studio right across the street. The clinic staff highly recommend that studio, and conveniently, the studio charges 280 for just 8 passport-size photos -- which is 5x higher than any regular rate (normally 40-50). The whole setup feels like a well-planned money-making trap, especially targeting students who come early morning with no other photo studio open nearby. As a student, this was not only frustrating but felt like being blackmailed in a vulnerable situation. Apollo Clinic is a reputed name, but allowing or supporting this kind of unethical collaboration damages its credibility. Extremely disappointed. I hope the management takes serious action against such practices. Students deserve respect and transparency, not exploitation. If you're planning to visit this clinic, be prepared or better yet, report this setup to the concerned authorities. We deserve better.

I think this is the only place in the Surat area OR South Gujarat for medical check up and vaccination for foreign visitors. So it's a compulsory visit. Overall experience is good. Place is compact - need some spacious arrangement.

Apollo Clinic in Surat is the best clinic because my date was after a month and I was going to Surat by mistake even so,his staff gave me the best medical so according to my guess all gujaratis should go to Apollo clinic in Surat

The receptionist is very unprofessional; her behavior is extremely rude, and she doesn't even know how to treat patients properly.

I had visited the apollo clinic for my TB certificate for immigration and the experience was flawless! I have been to Ahmedabad for the same few years back and compared to that , this experience has been an absolute breeze. Co-operative and polite staff. Fast processing.

Third class management....third class doctors & third class receptionist madam... Don't ever think to take appointment here..... Waste of time... they will call you at 8:00 am and checking at 2:00 pm..... If You are going abroad and you have to check up here then you are wrong.... you are never be able to go abroad...... They don't have doctors and give appointment to thousands of people.... useless.... bad attitude....too rude behaviour....... There is no option for minus ratings... either i will give them -10000 ratings.....even parking facilities are not available.... Do as much as bad ratings them... and now apollo have to SHUT DOWN...
