Iconic Heart Centre

I visited at Iconic yesterday. There staff were so cooperative and down to earth. Really like the way they are treating and managing the patients. Dr Dhaval Shah is already established for his genuine and genuine practice so nothing more to write. Keep on this amazing work. Highly recommended

I recently visited Iconic Heart Centre for a heart health checkup and was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. The hospital has a very cooperative and attentive staff who made the entire process smooth and comfortable. Special mention to Dr. Dhaval Shah sir --he is an excellent doctor who took the time to explain my condition in detail. His approach during the consultation was patient and caring, ensuring I understood the treatment plan clearly. I truly appreciate the time he spent addressing all my concerns and providing me with the best care. Overall, my experience at Iconic Heart Centre was exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of heart care. The professionalism and dedication of the team here are truly commendable.

Very poor & rude staff, I just got back from US couple weeks ago and asking people for good recommendations. So, i made an appointment 2 days ago for 6pm but on the day of appointment the staff called me in the morning to come around 4:30pm. I made sure that i reach on time but no point of making an appointment because doctor by himself not present in the hospital. They just want there patients to sit idle and wait for the doctor to arrive. It's been more than an couple hour after we reached that we just wait like a dumb person. And the extremely worst part is there lady staff who has 0 (ZERO) respect for their patients. They just drink their chai and gossip around without any shame on their face. I don't understand how the doctor being good and can't train their staff how to freaking behave with their patients.

Dr is good but not easily Taking Appointment also waste of time I have taking appointment after not meet Dr so next time find other Dr.

Poor staff. Improper treatment of waiting patients. Blunt and neglecting attitude. They give appointment but the doctor is always 2 hours late. No coordination of staff with doctor.

The staff is absolutely useless,, they do not care about talking to the patients and the feelings and pain of the patients. They just don't have to follow their number that the condition of some patients is getting worse and they may even die, they don't care.

Good nature. better satisfaction
