Let me say only one things 99% of the hospital services are top class except the lacklusture, rude and absolute shameless staff at the cashless department of trauma center, who believe that they have done a favor by admitting case and it is that they are disbursing the amount from the pocket as a gesture of donation for begging to process the cashless claims. They will never call, never follow-up and every time you speak to them they will pounce on you as if even a follow up call should not be done with them. The y behave as if they are not responsible for anything and every patients relative has to be polite with them, follow-up with them and they always speak the gospel truth . During the discharge as well they were pathetic and even after follow-up emails they have absolute disregard to the patients relatives. Trustees should notice this. The whole world is happy with you and i have operated my 3 family members here but every time the issue remains the same.

I had a very positive experience at Mahavir Hospital. The staff was courteous, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. The doctors were knowledgeable and took the time to explain my condition clearly, which helped ease my concerns. All facilities were good. The doctors and other staff members were very friendly, attentive and courteous. The food provided by them was healthy, tasty and hygienically served. All other procedures were also very easy going and simple. Our requests were also attended promptly. The only concern was while billing. The hospital people had charged for few services which were unethical such as charges for linnen changed during my stay and also charging double for administering two medicines at one go in one session of nebulizer. Though the amounts were not so big but it hurts when you are charged for what we assume are our rights while under treatment in an hospital.

Satisfied with overall service. It was good experience staff is very helpful and friendly. But need to improve service in information just pass proper info to patient regarding payment method and ayushman card provide by government. Thank you

If there is one hospital in Surat which has never disappointed us in our past 3 experiences, it is this one. They don't miss a service and with discipline. This is the hospital which respects people who follow discipline because they themselves follow it. Every hospital gives you something and this one gives you trust and confidence.

Worst hospital management ever seen in my whole life. Customer is standing in que to pay bill after paying extra charges.... Other hospital in surat is more flexible & most important customer friendly. If there is option of minus rating then I'm sure so many people are willing to give minus rating.
