Mirayah Multispeciality Hospital

*Extremely Disappointed with Mirayah Multi-Speciality Hospital, Surat* I had a terrible experience at Mirayah Multi-Speciality Hospital in Surat. I accidentally got a drop of Fevikwik in my eye, which caused it to swell up and turn blood red. In panic, I rushed to Mirayah hoping for some immediate help. The first issue I encountered was the nurse asking for 400 as consultation charges before they even examined me. I paid without hesitation, thinking I'd get treated right away. However, after I paid, I was left waiting while they called the doctor. The nurse told me the doctor would arrive in 15 minutes and suggested I put some eye drops in my eye while waiting. After about 15-20 minutes, the nurse then informed me that I had to pay an additional 450 for the medicine they had already administered. What bothered me most, though, was that I was told to come back on Monday evening because the doctor had other plans and wouldn't be coming in that day. This was completely irresponsible. Fevikwik is a dangerous chemical, and instead of acting urgently, they were careless and emotionless, telling me to just wait. No one even bothered to examine my eye to check for any damage or explain what had happened. The lack of professionalism and care was shocking. Feeling desperate, I left and went to another hospital (despite already paying 850 at Mirayah). This other hospital was initially closed, but luckily, a kind lady called the doctor, who arrived within 20 minutes. He was attentive, thorough, and immediately diagnosed a corneal abrasion. He properly cleaned my eye and prescribed the necessary treatment. The difference in the care I received at Bhadra Eye Clinic, Adajan, compared to Mirayah Hospital was night and day. I highly recommend Dr. Shripal Bhaththiwala from Bhadra Eye Clinic, but I would absolutely not trust Mirayah Multi-Speciality Hospital with my health in the future.

We recently visited Mirayah Hospital for my dad's Cataract surgery. We were really pleased with the hospital staff for providing amazing treatment and guidance throughout the process. The eye surgeon - Dr. Deep Patel is very conversant and his expertise is 10/10. They treat each patient with respect And provide the best possible treatment. I highly recommend to visit Mirayah for your healthcare need.

Nice Dr team and staff too very cooperative

Our mothe got her knee replaced here and was operated by DR Ankur Mali, a well experienced doctor,operation was successful and we were taken care very well. Staffs here are really good, helpful and supportive. Hospital is really clean. all the experience was very good.

The treatment that doctor Ketan Solanki has given is phenomenal. He's approach is sophisticated as well as friendly and he knows really well how to handle to patients. The compassionate nature of doctor Tejas Sailor really smoothens out the whole stay of hospital.

Dr.Tejas sailor is very nice doctor.but in hospital no man for Change Diaper n all for male patient.

Very good behaviour of all staff & doctors. They treat like a family. Excellent Hospital. I recommend to our friends & family for every condition must admit in the hospital.

Wonderful experience with Mirayah Multispeciality Hospital. Dr. Mukesh Patel was a wonderful surgeon, and the staff was always helpful and kind. I am so glad I chose this hospital and would highly recommend to anyone.
