I had an excellent experience at Nirmal Multi-speciality Hospital (Adajan). The hospital is clean, well-equipped, and efficiently run. What stood out most was the care and professionalism of the entire staff, from ward boys and nurses to doctors. Everyone was kind, attentive, and ensured the patient was comfortable and well looked after at all times. The doctors explained everything clearly and were always approachable. The nursing staff was caring, understanding and responsive, and the support staff went out of their way to help. It's rare to find such a perfect balance of expertise and compassion. Highly recommend this hospital for quality care.

My mother had an angioplasty few days ago. Dr. Keyur Patel operated at Nirmal Hospital. Mom is healthy, everything is fine. We had trust in the doctor and the hospital staff i.e. cleanliness, nursing staff and doctors are very supportive. Special mention of Pooja Ma'am in the finance department helped a lot for the Mediclaim and all.l, We have seen and experienced several hospitals earlier, it was the 3rd angioplasty of my Mom and it was our 1st experience at Nirmal Hospital, God forbid if anybody needs it but if they need it then definitely should give a chance to Nirmal Hospital. Staff, service, cleaning, everything else is in a well organized structure.

Quite impressive management. The hospital maintains impeccable hygiene standards. The nursing staffs including wardboys are exceptionally compassionate and attentive. They ensured I was comfortable and informed throughout my stay.

Hospital Review: Doctor's Team & Nursing Staff: The medical team at the hospital is exceptional. They provide top-notch care and are very professional in their approach. Hygiene: The hospital maintains excellent hygiene standards, ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients. Public Relations Officer (PRO): The PRO team is helpful and responsive, but there is still some room for improvement in terms of communication and efficiency. Mediclaim Settlement Team (Billing): Very poor response from the billing department. Despite following up for days, I experienced continuous delays in receiving the necessary documents for claim processing. The team (except 1-2 persons) gives numerous excuses and the wait time is unnecessarily long, making the whole process frustrating and stressful. As They Said 'Care Par Excellence' But Care doesn't end at discharge--claim support that follows through.

Usually, checking out can be a long and painful process, but here it was smooth and well-managed. One particularly impressive feature was the real-time updates from the operation theatre displayed on a screen. It gave us peace of mind during the surgery and reflected how state-of-the-art and patient-oriented the hospital is. The administration team was warm and professional, adding a personal touch that made us feel well looked after. The canteen deserves special mention--delicious food, generous portions, and unbelievably reasonable prices. I recently had an operation at Nirmal Super Speciality Hospital under the care of Dr. Mohit Patel, and it was by far the best hospital I have ever visited. The environment was calming and welcoming, and every aspect of the experience was exceptional. The staff, including nurses, doctors, and even the security and administrative teams, were incredibly professional and attentive. They take care of patients with personal care and a warm touch, which made me feel completely at home. Doctor visits were timely, and the nurses provided exceptional care throughout my stay. Cleanliness was maintained to the highest standard, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic experience. Overall, every element of my visit was top-notch. Extremely Disappointing & Distressing Experience at Nirmal Hospital, Pal We rushed my father to Nirmal Hospital, Pal, after he suffered a cardiac attack. He was taken to the emergency where initial treatment was given. What followed was a series of shocking and unacceptable experiences that no patient or their family should ever go through. No functional lift: Despite being a cardiac emergency, my father was carried up six floors via stairs because not a single elevator was working. Imagine the risk to a heart patient in such a critical condition! Poor facilities: The water-cooling machine was not operational, and there were no open windows or ventilation in the waiting area absolutely inhumane for patients and relatives during stressful times. No clarity on costs: We were never informed about the cost of angioplasty or angiography beforehand. No one explained the treatment package, room charges, or breakdowns. They charged us nearly 2 lakhs, excluding the operation costs and yet transparency was completely missing. Insensitive billing practices: While my father was still fighting for his life in the ICU, the billing department kept calling us repeatedly to deposit a cheque. No empathy, no patience; just pressure to pay. Misinformation and false promises: Ms. Pooja, from the admin team, was not only unhelpful but also misleading. She refused to provide detailed billing information and made false assurances over and over again. Unbelievable overcharging: We were shocked to find out that the hospital was selling basic bathing gloves for 500 per pair, as if they were made of gold. It clearly shows the commercial intent over patient care. Verdict: Highly Irresponsible and Unethical Practices The entire experience was emotionally traumatic, financially draining, and utterly mismanaged. We expected compassion and professionalism; instead, we were met with greed, misinformation, and neglect. This is not a place for healing; it`s a place where patients are treated like profit opportunities, not human beings. I would strongly advise others to think twice before trusting Nirmal Hospital with their loved ones` lives. We pray that no one else has to go through what we experienced here.
