Rating: (3/5) "My experience at Diamond Hospital was mixed. On the positive side, the medical staff were knowledgeable, and I felt confident in the treatment I received. The facilities were clean and up-to-date, which was reassuring. However, there were some issues that made my stay less comfortable than I had hoped. The wait times were much longer than expected, and communication between departments seemed disorganized at times. I had to follow up on several occasions to get updates on my treatment, which added unnecessary stress. While the care I received was adequate, I think there's room for improvement in terms of efficiency and patient communication. Overall, Diamond Hospital is decent, but there's potential for a better patient experience with some changes."

Don't go with critical cases, in the name of trust they are looting money and not giving result, staff is also careless , example :- my mother wanted to go for latering staff came after 1 hour..

Receptionist is shouting name. However that is not effective way to let patients know about turn. As patient deposit file provide token to patient and than patient will follow token number in lcd if you put one lcd at desk. That will solve noise issue and patient don't have to worries about them if they don't hear properly. Long queues in eye care department due to reliable service. Hospital website isn't working.
