"The toilet in the patient relative waiting area on the ground floor of the ICU building has not been cleaned for the last 5 days. We complained about it to Unity HR and the reception, and they said they would get it cleaned, but so far, the toilet remains in the same condition and no one is taking responsibility.
The toilet used by doctors and their team is always clean -- so isn't it their responsibility to keep this one clean too?
Even after complaining, there has been no improvement."

Hello Readers,
Yes, earlier this Hospital was one one the best Hospital in Parvat patia, Surat.
But now, no one bothers about the service.
One doctor referred another one and another one will refer one more another doctor. Chain will continue just like I referred you in one case, you refer me in another case.
Quality: Mosquitoes are flying everywhere and every rooms.
If you raise any concern, they will revert: Staff nahi nahi.
Please don't waste your hard earn money and become a victim for Dengue and Typhoid.

Just admitted into hospital since 2 days but cleaning services into room is very bad , not single time in a day clean bathroom and floor , unsatisfied even at delux room , nursing service is good , doctors also good in service, but room service is too bad ... Soo disappoint

I recently underwent an epidural treatment at Unity hospital performed by Shah Nawaz sir, and I cannot recommend him and the hospital highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly professional and caring, making me feel comfortable and at ease.
Shah Nawaz sir's expertise was evident throughout the entire process. He took the time to clearly explain the procedure, addressing all my concerns and ensuring I understood everything. His calm demeanor and reassuring presence truly made a difference.
