Disappointment with Hospital Experience I am writing to inform you that I will no longer be continuing my care at this hospital. I recently visited the hospital and had an extremely disappointing experience. I would like to highlight the following issue Doctor: Ankur Prajapati Reason for Disappointment: Excessive waiting time. Unprofessional behavior from the receptionist and the person in charge. The situation was poorly handled and not addressed appropriately. This issue seems to have occurred only with Dr. Ankur Prajapati's patient, and there was no adherence to proper sequence or procedure

The worst hospital ever. The staff is ridiculous they keep asking to wait. I have seen a pregnant woman who continuously stand for half an hour my mother was in such a bad condition tho they are asking me to wait. While collecting blood reports we have wait one hour which was one hour late the given time by staff. If the emergency is there I won't suggest BAPS SM Hospital they People don't care about the patients.

I recently visited Dr. Ketansinh Solanki, and I had a truly positive experience. He is incredibly kind, calm, and patient. He took the time to listen carefully and explained everything in a clear and reassuring manner. It's rare to find a doctor who combines such professionalism with genuine compassion. I felt very comfortable and well-informed throughout the consultation. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a thoughtful and skilled doctor.

Delightful experience everytime I visit here. Especially Dr. Pankaj Tank (Dentist) has a really kind nature, great experience and gentle hands in this field. He completely changed my view toward visiting a dentist really making the experience comfortable.
