I had a very good experience at this hospital. Everything was well-managed -- from cleanliness to overall administration. The hospital was spotless and hygienic, which gave a lot of comfort during my visit. The doctors were not only highly skilled but also very polite and patient in explaining everything clearly. The nursing staff and other hospital members were extremely supportive and respectful. Their cooperative nature made the entire process smooth and stress-free. From the moment I was admitted until the day of my discharge, every member of the hospital staff--doctors, nurses, and support team--was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive.
The doctors (Dr. Deep Patel) & (Dr. Rajveer) were not only highly knowledgeable but also took the time to explain my condition and treatment plan in a way that made me feel informed and reassured. The nursing staff went above and beyond, always checking in with a smile and ensuring I was as comfortable as possible.
The hospital was clean, well-maintained, and organized. All procedures were carried out with great care and efficiency. I felt safe and truly looked after every step of the way.
Discharge was handled smoothly, with clear instructions and helpful advice for continuing recovery at home. I left feeling healthy, confident, and very thankful.

Recently my wife was admitted to Zydus Hospital Baroda for surgery of Gallbladder stone stones under Dr Deep Patel Sir. The surgery was quite satisfactory and hopeful for speedy recovery.
Dr Deep Patel Sir is very senior doctor having very good knowledge and experience in this field. He is very cool and confident in his job and treating patients very confidently. His team Medical Officer Dr. Rajdeep Sir is also very good and knowledgeable.
In totally, it was a great experience with the Zydus Hospital Baroda unit including all staff members -,junior doctors, nursing staff, attendants and security team members are very cooperative and providing support to all with smiling faces.
Lastly Hospital canteen is having a very good ambiance and delicious food at reasonable prices for relatives and for patients.
Overall the experience was quite good as 5 star.

DOCTORS TREATMENT - EXCELLENT
SERVICE STAFF - POOR
* Got admitted here due to Gastro issues, but they are not taking care of meals suggested by the Doctors. Meals suggested by doctors was not informed to dietitian by nursing staff. That too twice in a day. Reason they gave - SORRY WE FORGOT..
* Last night asked them to refill water jug, that was done after one hour, that too after 2-3 reminders. NOT EXPECTED
* Injections given via bottles, we need to remind them to take it off as it is about to finish. Patient have to keep eye on this.. REALLY????
* WORST THING - When feedback is given to head nurse, she don't have ENOUGH TIME to listen and literally walked off from middle of the conversation (Ms Vanshika) 9th floor Gastro section.
If all these things are to be taken care by patient only, then why staff is there. Why things are not getting communicated on time???
Heads up to Management- Please work on above issues as Zydus is good name in itself, this service will spoil the reputation soon.
