Hii The reception process was slow.unfriendly, and unprofessional behavior The ground floor washrooms were not cleaned.i don't know when they have cleaned last time .Shockingly, the same washroom for both men and women and near to that emergency ward is there don't know how they are managing,especially with mosquitoes and insects present in that area. After my consultation, the doctor mentioned that they needed a second opinion and would get back to me in two days. However, it has been over 10 days, and I haven't received any update -- neither from the doctor nor from the reception team.(DR Madhu jumla) As a doctor myself, I expected better communication and clarity,I don't suggest this hospital for cardiac patients. Thank you.

This Hospital is a Pure Scam, They are looting Innocent people. First they will promise to operate the patient in their Hospital under Arogya Setu and once bill is paid for tests they suggest to other hospitals in Banglore. There are multiple examples like this scenario.

This hospital is nothing short of a disgrace, and I feel compelled to share our story to warn others. The care, or lack thereof, my loved one received was not only negligent but ultimately led to their death. I can never forgive the hospital for what happened. No Proper Medical Attention or Monitoring: The medical staff failed to monitor the patient appropriately. There was a clear lack of communication between departments, and no one seemed to take responsibility for the care plan. Critical symptoms were overlooked, and even when we raised concerns, we were brushed off or told "everything is fine." It was as if the medical team was too busy to provide adequate attention to my loved one. Incompetence and Unprofessionalism: The doctors and nurses we interacted with were unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful. When I asked questions or requested updates, I was met with frustration or condescending responses. The lack of empathy and compassion was shocking, and it became evident that this hospital had no regard for patient care or dignity. The Hospital Used the Patient for Billing: What struck me the most was how focused this hospital seemed on billing and making money rather than on actual care. Every time we turned around, there were extra charges for things that weren't even explained or needed. It felt like the priority was to run up the bill rather than to treat the patient properly.
