Cleaning and taking care of the patients is good... But have complaints about watchman... They doesn't allow attender also who stays near the patient they will call the floor watchman to check if patient is available or not...... My mother was admitted in ICU.. And the doctor called us to meet him... But then also they were not allowing us for meeting doctor also they were asking who called who is that I need to talk with them like that... They need proof for everything... They are very very rude... For everyone... Expect that everything is okay

I was admitted here for my surgery in bed no 2017. Dr Anil kumar T did my surgery. Awesome surgeon. One of the best I have met till now. All nursing staffs and doctors are at their best. Very helpful and kindness. One bell and the Nursing staffs are there within seconds.I am really thankful for the care taken by them. They reply all your queries. Hospital is equipped with modern facilities. Cleanliness is at its best. Cleaning staffs are doing their job very well. Only thing to review is the security guards. They should be trained to behave as they are in hospital not in a war zone.

I went there for annual check and that too for the first time, and the experience was great. Entire team of docs and support team were helpful. Entire checkup sequence was smooth and well organized in terms of queue managemet and paying attention to all the patients. There was a lady named Rekha, who really managed all of I think 40+ people there for annual checkup in the best way possible as there were multiple tests, doctors consultants, etc. Special shootout to her commitment to her role. It wasn't like you have to chase hospital staff for things, thats generally seen everywhere, but rather they managing everything and making your journey smooth. I also found doctors to be highly cooperative there. I had a diet consultation and doctor Anusha was supposed to be there at 2pm for that. It was a half an hour to hour wait. Rekha checked with the doc and doc made herself available then only saving around an hour.
