I would recommend here if you have insurance. Good treatment from Dr Paritosh Pandey. Level of confidence he has given to my father was great. Small suggestion he should Take some time to listen to patients since they are paying 1100 just not for 30 secs. Not great experience with patient care consultant after we admitted she didn't pick the call. That's bad she should ensure the patient end to end treatment experience is good. Food is good and care by ward nurses are really great wanted to name sister Ashwini she was exceptionally good. Facility and action on complaint is great. Loved the hygiene factor. Costly but you will feel satisfied after treatment

This review is for specifically for full body check-up. For one checkup, we were asked to come for 3-4 days because their systems were unable to cater the demand. We have spent cumulatively 15 hours in hospital for this which should have taken a lot lesser time in my previous similar checkups. Thus, not recommended for busy professionals. Also, the main reception of health check doesn't give right information about pending tests which leads a lot more waiting time than actual. The management is extremely haphazard and manual. I STRONGLY recommend to choose any other place. There is Nothing good here apart from the brand name. They are taking more than what they can chew and have the worst management I have ever seen. It sounds like their positive reviews are paid because I talked to 10 people while waiting ages in their hospital and everyone had same bad experience. The reality is in the attached photo. Thisnis just the waiting line for one consultant and there were others waiting on the seats. @Manipal - if you really want to serve patients well, please improve your management, take less appointments and improve your knowledge of health check reception.

We came to Manipal for our dad's radiation treatment to remove the tumour from his left ear, and the entire process went incredibly smoothly. We were deeply impressed by the doctor and all the nurses, who made us feel so comfortable throughout. A special thanks to Dr. Vadhiraja for his humility, guidance, and support. We would also like to give a special mention to Mary, the receptionist, who went above and beyond to help us with all the medical insurance formalities and other arrangements. We have never met someone so genuinely helpful and kind -- we are truly grateful for her assistance at every step. Overall, it was a wonderful and reassuring experience, and we're thankful to the entire team for their care.

Billing team are going scam in hospital my husband was admitted in hospital for 3 day and total amount approved by insurance is 72490 but in final bill only 66768 considered by billing team (Harish) same I tried to explain when he came with final bill but he started misbehaving and one more thing 2016 medicine return he didn't not subtracted from total amount post my observation lots of fights he put under discount in final bill. Request you to kindly look into the issue. Attached all necessary documents for your reference.

Swathi and Rincy were consistently efficient, responsive, and professional--nothing fell through the cracks. In the ICU, Kiran and Prema stood out for their attentive, skilled care. They handled everything with calm precision, making a stressful phase a lot more manageable. Dr. Shridhar brings top-tier expertise to the table. Confident, clear, and deeply experienced--exactly the kind of specialist you want overseeing critical procedures. Only downside? The cardiac cath lab operating table could use an upgrade. Not a dealbreaker, but worth noting. Overall: excellent care, exceptional staff, and smooth handling for international patients.

I had a truly excellent experience at Manipal Hospital. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and care. The hospital is clean, well-organized, and equipped with world-class facilities, which made the entire process smooth and reassuring. A very special thanks to the Spine Department and Dr. S. Vidyadhara's team for providing us with such wonderful treatment. Dr. Vidyadhara and his team were not only highly skilled but also incredibly kind, patient, and supportive throughout the journey. They explained everything in detail, made sure we were comfortable at every step, and gave us confidence through their expertise and dedication.

His calm and respectful communication helped ease my mother's hesitation and built trust in the process. I am especially grateful to Dr. Shalom Abraham, the Physiotherapist. He was the key reason my mother felt comfortable going ahead with the surgery. His role in emotionally preparing and supporting her was remarkable. From the initial consultation to post-operative care, he was consistently supportive and empathetic. He ensured that my mother was well-informed, confident, and received the best possible care throughout her recovery. His involvement went far beyond clinical responsibilities--he acted as a true guide and emotional support throughout the journey. His warmth, empathy, and encouragement made all the difference. A special mention to Ms. Punya, who supported us through the insurance and billing process. She was extremely helpful, responsive, and went out of her way--even on her day off--to ensure a smooth discharge experience. I highly recommend Dr. Vidyadhara for spine-related consultations and surgery, and Dr. Shalom Abraham for his compassionate patient care and physiotherapy support. We couldn't have asked for better treatment and care for my mother. Truly grateful to the entire team.
