Good treatment by Chidanand sir and duty Dr Nagaraj very smoothly they handling pataint and some staff nurse not good and pls try to manitne hygiene

Dr is good I especially thank you Lelaa sister is a good human being in this hospital The other sister is very hopeless. Other hospital staff behaviour like the govt hospital no one properly respects and responds. my suggestion to Dr sir kindly take it seriously initiate some strict rules for staff definitely your hospital will always be no.

This hospital in Dharwad is one of the busiest in the area, with multiple branches across the city. Due to the high patient load, the doctors are often in a rush, which sometimes results in inadequate attention being given to each patient. Additionally, the staff is unhelpful, and the facility itself is poorly maintained, raising serious concerns about hygiene standards. I strongly advise against visiting this hospital and recommend exploring alternative options for better care and service.

My Father got admitted their no good facility and more croud and noise and they are treating by only medicine which was not effective hence we shifted to other hospital specialist their we got to know their was a infection inside body so we have to go for Sergey and now they are fine .

Room no- 3 Sister she is working with Vani madam in second shift on 10th Oct & 11 Oct 2023, that sister attitude is worst than govt hospital, even govt hospital employees also will not treat the patient like this. Incident details: when I'm went her for understanding the medicine taking after treatment, she explained one time of all 7 different medicines. I asked once again to again explained fastly without understandable language speed. I asked her to to write on tablet. She mensisioned as ur educated still asking to write & lastly she wrote on tablet cover in kannada, that is also in non understandable. She may be senior sister so that her attitude is like this. Even I am educated with engg degree holder, what will the situation in case of uneducated peoples? Im coming to hospital since 2015 due to expert doctor. If the sisters are suggesting like this during medice consume, no use of doctor expertism. Because of this i felt govt hospital is best than SR R hospital.

Good treatment. Prakash sir is very cool cam and very helpful person and also straight forward man. He tells the patient the right condition. The worst thing is the nursing staff. They don't come even if they are called, they just keep doing things. The night staff just takes a nap

Doctors are good. I do not have any concerns w.r.t treatment. After discharged, we were advised to visit after 5 days for new medicines. Once visited after 5 days, there is no one to inform you whether the concerned Doctor will change the medicines or someone else. I was kept roaming around to check with different sisters on the medicines. After sometime I was asked to pay the consultation, after waiting in the queue for almost 45 minutes, the lady in the reception counter says it's not necessary for paying the consultation. From there I was asked to contact another doctor, after which they advised to consult the concerned doctor itself since they only have treated the patient and was asked to pay the consultation. Again waited in queue for 30 minutes to pay the consultation. Once paid, we were asked to wait for nearly an hour to meet the doctor. All this was for just getting the new medicines and BP checkup after patient was discharged, with patient along with us waiting all this tume. VERY DISRESPECTFUL and HORRIBLE experience. There is a huge communication issue within the staff. Had to mention the rudeness of the receptionist. Rest of the sisters were kind of ok in communicating.
