Wow wow House keeping Nurse Dietician Food for patients Everything is 10/5 And yes believe me they won't make money if you have thought like private hospital making money, then you are wrong, when my report was normal they only suggested to get discharged and follow medical advices. Yes it is costly but all worthy You should have a medical insurance My suggestion Meddibuddy is best

Do not eat food in the Apollo canteen or Food Court which is in ground floor. There is no proper hygiene is maintained and We can find the rats eating the leftover on plates in cafeteria zone. No idea if the in patients food come from same zone. Concerned team should take necessary action.

Went to the Emergency ward, after recommendation from my family Doctor. Everything after that was Top Class .A very competent, experienced Senior Surgeon, who kept mentoring and training his junior Doctors. Very seriously competent senior Nurses.. again bringing up their Juniors. Good, dedicated staff at the ICU and ward... very cheerful, happy and friendly. The hospital food was, in my opinion, perfect...mild, clean and healthy and good tasting. The Administrative staff was very competent, quick and helpful in whatever way they could be to make us feel comfortable.

She has been a constant support throughout the journey, guiding us every step of the way with immense patience and clarity. Her warmth, expertise, and attention to detail truly made us feel confident and at ease during a very special time in our lives. A huge shoutout to the nursing team, especially Nurse Lakshmi ma'am, who went above and beyond in taking care of our newborn. She treated our baby with such love and care as if it were her own. Her dedication, compassion, and the time she took to teach us every detail about baby care, feeding, and nursing made a world of difference. She felt like a second mother to our baby, and we are incredibly grateful to her. We'd also like to thank two other nurses - one from Kerala and another who worked the morning shifts - both of whom were extremely polite, patient, and attentive. Their kindness and gentle care meant a lot to us during our stay. The cleaning staff also deserve special appreciation. They ensured that both mother and baby were well cared for in terms of hygiene and comfort. From room cleaning to assisting with bathing and overall sanitation, they worked tirelessly and often went above and beyond their duties. Lastly, a heartfelt thank you to Ms. Rani, the package coordinator. She explained the maternity package in detail and was extremely helpful from the day of admission till the day of discharge. Many villagers are being misled and charged for unnecessary treatments and services. It's unfortunate to see educated professionals exploiting trust for profit. Important advice: Always check and verify every billing item carefully during discharge. There may be hidden or unjustified charges. Stay informed and ask questions to avoid being overcharged.
