Instead, under the care of Dr. Sudha, my delivery was aggressively converted to a C-section, seemingly for the hospital's financial gain, causing immense pain, unnecessary procedures, and a premature birth. From the moment I was admitted, the atmosphere created by Dr. Sudha was one of intense pressure and stress. Despite having no signs or symptoms of imminent labor, I was informed that I would be delivering two weeks earlier than my due date. This immediate push for an early delivery felt highly suspicious and deeply unsettling, especially given my perfectly healthy pregnancy. It seemed less about my well-being and more about fitting into the hospital's schedule or meeting some internal quota. The most egregious aspect of my ordeal was the inexplicable insertion of a tube. There was absolutely no medical justification provided for this invasive procedure, and it caused me significant and unnecessary pain, both during its insertion and throughout my stay. It felt like a completely gratuitous intervention, further reinforcing my suspicion that decisions were being made without genuine medical necessity. 1. Services and care given by the hospital and its staff is top class. Their efforts in giving special attention and training to the parents post delivery also require a special mention. 2. The staff was approachable all time and was always available throughout the day for assisting the new born and mother with feeding and other activities. They had taken special care to keep both of them healthy. 3. The efforts displayed by the hospital in trying achieve normal delivery for the mother is also praiseworthy. They have ensured smooth delivery and recovery process post delivery. 4. Amenities provided by the hospital for the patient and bystanders are of first class and help us to buy all the necessary consumable items and maternity aids. 5. Canteen services are also good with well maintained hygiene. 6. Complementary services provided by the hospital for the recovery of mother's health and beauty is also appreciated. Special initiative taken to promote environmental awareness by promoting parents to grow a plant sapling provided by hospital along with new born at our house also speaks good of the hospitals friendly approach. 7. A SPECIAL THANKS to the team for guiding us through the initial days of parenting and taking efforts to provide a memorable video of our new born in a special CRIB. We especially want to thank Dr. Neena, who was incredibly supportive from the beginning until now. Her care and constant support made a huge difference, and we are deeply grateful to her. We would also like to share a small piece of feedback regarding the room facilities. We had requested a non-A/C room, and we understand that many patients request the same. Eventually, your team arranged it for us, and we appreciate that effort. However, the condition of the non-A/C room was not very comfortable. There was a noticeable smell of humidity, and we felt the room was not well-ventilated. As adults, we can adjust, but for a newborn baby, we were concerned about the air quality and general atmosphere. This is not a complaint, but a suggestion for improvement - especially for rooms used by mothers and newborns. We chose Kinder again because my sister also had a positive experience delivering here. While the medical care this time was still excellent, we felt that something was missing in terms of the overall environment. Once again, we want to thank the entire Kinder team for the great service and care provided to us.
