Causality service in earlier time was an exceptional for this hospital But the casuality service on 19 jul 25 was so pathetic .Very poor performance from duty doctor as well as nurse. Huge lag in giving medicine to the patient. And for placing a canula they charges 4 pair of gloves for eg.

Had a very disappointing experience at the casualty department of Sacred Heart Hospital, Cherthala. My husband was brought in with a viral fever on 12/07/25 after 6 PM, and despite the casualty being less crowded, the nurses were extremely rude and unprofessional. The behaviour of the nurses completely lacked the basic compassion we expect from healthcare professionals--especially from nurses, who are often referred to as the "angels of God." This is not our first unpleasant experience here, which makes it even more upsetting. I sincerely hope the hospital authorities take this seriously and work toward ensuring kinder, more empathetic, and competent care for every patient who walks through their doors.

They prefer interested parties of the management and staff first. We took the Ticket in the morning and got #24. They made us wait for 2:15 hours and then we had to ask to let us in and visit the doctor. While we were watching the staff were letting people whom they know to bypass their fake OP ticket numbers.

Dr.prem Krishnan is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions.Highly recommend.Nursing staffs really caring and attentive attitude towards patients,takes time to talk and reassure with lovely manner. The accomodation was very poor.especially the coat, patient not able to sleep on the bed.very cheep bathroom facilities.In the room also so hot and very bad.my kindly request you to please change the bed and also the fan.Anyway the medical side is excellent.and also the cleaning section was good.

The insurance department in the hospital is utter waste...They don't have any patience to take care of the patients .... Utterwaste ...service

Dr sam treatment was great.. Surgical staff r friendly. Sam sir skill, dedication made a significant impact on my mother life....

Called over the phone and they said to come to hospital for booking appointment as phone booking is not available. When went in person to book the appointment, they said the appointment for mention date is full and asked to come on that day. This could have easily be avoided if the lady over the phone told that appointment is full for the day .Instead she told to come to hospital for booking. DO CONSIDER THE VALUE OF TIME OF PATIENTS. Either have the phone booking facility for appointment or at least convey the details to people if the slot is full when enquired over the phone. Not again to this hospital
