I had a very bad treat from this so called hospital, I called to this number and he said me to come and check , I can from home to hospital 12km away and the receptionists gave 1 Dr consultation, I met with Dr , he prescribed medicine and I said the person who attended the phone said me to check ENT. When I said this to the Dr A, he suddenly the prescription he prepared and asked to go and meet E NT Dr. The funny and foolist part is the receptionists lady gave me the money back like ---- and she have nothing to say like irresponsible. I don't know they have issues inbetween. But don't waste others time with out giving clear directions. So bad treat from your reception girls and feeling pitty. Try to make better and keep hospitality. Best wishes.

Bad behavior of your staffs, very bad service, un satisfied

I recently visited alister Medical center .dr ashiq sir very excellent doctor I'm very satisfied percentage...but little negatives facing from that day... supporting staffs or nursing have no experience. I feel careless of staffs after trip in my hand over blood bleeding on floor that one is big example...staff have not experienced or careless..before old staffs have gud caring and experienced ...then lot of mosquito disturbed on beded patients.. cleaning is must....pls clearly this negatives and success running of clinic .....

What's more, the centre offers convenient house calls for bedridden patients, making healthcare more accessible. The laboratory staff were efficient and delivered accurate results promptly. The nursing staff were also courteous, attentive, and provided top-notch care. We received WORST treatment from Alister this time (Sep 12, 2024). My mom was having chest pain and we reached the hospital at around 12.30pm. The receptionist said doctor went for lunch and will be available after 2.30pm. Since this is a nearby hospital for us, we went again at 3 and receptionist told us doctor will come after 3:45pm. We even requested her to make a call to doctor to tell him the emergency and she replied that " doctor has already told us not call before 3;45pm for *any* case" ( I don't know for what emergency he left the hospital during morning hours without any backup doctor or trained staffs). I asked nurse to give the first aid and she replied "we do not handle chest pain issues" (Seriously??, How did u even become a nurse when u can't take an ECG or give first aid or even provide sympathy to an patient with chest pain?). Tell me one thing, when u can't be available during your shift hours, or give first aid to a emergency patient with chest pain, why do you keep the medical centre open?How can a doctor tell the receptionist not to call him even for emergency cases when there are no backup for him and the center is open? Are you sure you do justice on being a doctor? The worst part is her response when we requested to call doctor and inform the emergency. I would have felt lighter, if she atleast tried reaching out to the doctor and informed our situation. Please value people lives more than making some money out of your medical centre. We come there with hope. We used to come to this hospital regularly whenever we have any health issues. Let me tell you honestly, this place is good only when u have mild fever or cough. They will give you medicines for your small illness. DO NOT visit this place in case of emergency, you will regret and loose your precious time of your loved ones. The worst treatment from receptionist, doctor (if he had told her not to inform any emergency during his personal time which was inside working hours) and the nurses who are not even trained to take an ECG or give chest pain first aid. Lucky that we were able to take mom to Jubilee mission hospital and successfully did the angioplasty within the right time. She had a minor attack and was having slight chest pain for few hours. I thank God that it was not an sudden attack for her and we had time to take her to the right hospital. Since there are limited med centre near to Alister, there are chances people come for emergency and sudden attack cases. But please read my review AVOID coming here for any emergency. I would have never forgiven if something had gone wrong. I wouldn't mind filing an cass too. Hope I never have to come to your medical centre ever again. Please help people, keep trained staffs and be available atleast during your shift hours. Or keep a backup doctor. Be of some help. People come there with a lot of tension and hoping you to help them. Thanks for the worst service.
