A hospital with 24 hours support and ambulance in Shoranur, on road from Poduval to Karakkad. Positives are well mannered nursing staff, prompt service by pharmacy and clear response by lab staff and overall good cleanliness. Negatives are front desk reception staff could improve in behaviour to guide better on phone calls and in person, bills for payments is not proactively provided, token system for doctor waiting is not followed. Much needed is more specialist doctors needs to be added with "consultation days/hours" of these specialists displayed clearly on name boards for better understanding. Rates for consultation, op services and lab are reasonable. Doctor list and important phone numbers in attached photos. Hope this place becomes an excellent care giving medical center at Shoranur and not just another option. Treatment NOT effective, had taken 3 days of OP treatment but no use. Had to go to Daya hospital for cure

In my opinion Shoranur Medical Trust is a new venture opened mainly for the common public of Shoranur. We see during night they suffer much for want ofa doctor. At present there are specialist doctors like gynaecology, gastro, neuro and paediatrics also. Besides there is one MD and 4 MBBS doctors also at different time. People may better know the timing of the doctors. This will help making unnecessary comments.
