Dr (Prof) Subroto Mandal

Very Good and perfect check up and affordable for the patient... Dr. Subroto Mandal is very friendly in good personality ... All facilities are available in the hospital.. Hospital is neat and clean.It's been a great pleasure to have a Doctor Like Dr. Mandal in central India where we can have the all sorts of treatment at Ubbuntu Hospital Bhopal.

We went to his hospital for my father's surgery. We had previously visited the doctor when he was in JK hospital sone 8 years back and had a good experience. However, Ubuntu hospital's infrastructure is very poor and for some reason nobody cares about improving patient experience at all. The room allotted to us was very dirty, the bathroom had bad leakage that it couldn't be used at all. There's no seating area for family members of the patients, you can either sit on the ground floor or on the stairs if you wish to be close to the OT. The lift stopped working and the staff forced my dad to take the stairs for 3 floors before his surgery. No food, water is available in the hospital, there's a small tea stall that sells tea, and some basic food. You'll have to purchase syringes, gloves, and other meds from a medical store outside. Sanitisation is not much of their priority. The doctor must be good but didn't seem too concerned about patients' comfort post surgery. If you need proper care, and decently clean rooms then this is not a place for you. You'll have to get pillows, bed sheets, soap, cups, utensils, pretty much everything as they don't even have anything at all. Some construction going on next door which adds to some noise. Maybe visit the doctor for consultation but the hospital is not great.

The hospital ambience is excellent. The supporting staffs are well behaved & having professional approach. The beginning is excellent... I am highly satisfied with the treatment received frim Dr. Mandal & that is why I have referred some of friends to him. I got same excellent feedback from them too. I am sure it is going to be one of the best cardiac hospital, particularly with the expertise, initiative & commitment to serve people, it is definitely going to be one of the renouned cardiac hospital in the days to come. Wish all the best in Dr. Mandal's endeavour .

Not a recommendable doctor, doesn't listen to patients well. Such a pathetic experience. After paying a huge amount of 6k approx which includes the tests, he didn't had time to spare few mins with patient and understand the problem of the patient. Tests were done simply to loot didn't even took a look on the earlier prescription which was ongoing.

My mother name SHRI DEVI suffering from heart ASD but before 2 year we r going many Of doctors no one can discribe the actual problem that happen . After all we meet the doctor mandal sir he has discribe the actual problem clearly treated politely and complete the ASD clouser very well now after my mother have good condition ..
