Fraud Management. Few days ago I go to the hospital for treatment of my relative. When I reach they said you have to do some check ups I said ok so they send me to billing counter then asked me to pay cash. I said I don't have cash I can pay the amount through upi but they deny for any types of online payment. I said fine I will arrange cash but when I gave them cash they didn't give me any invoice or recite. I asked for the invoice they said they don't gave invoice to anyone. When the operation was completed through the Ayushman card I see they charge repeatedly for the check ups that I do with my own money. They charge multiple times for the same check ups .

An exceptional doctor.He has a remarkable ability to explain complex medical information in a way that is easy to understand.

Treatment was very nice I got relief after treatment very nice doctor very nices services

Very nice staff behaviour. 27x7 facilities. Doctor behaviour is also good, nicely explained everything. Cleaning on time, They change Bedsheet and patient dress on daily basis.

I am waiting from 1/2 hours but it seems no budy have any interest after collecting fees....even no one see patient problem yet

Very bad service. They don't know the value of time of patient . Their is no nurse and receptionist on the desk who can tell us the actual condition . Patient wait for their number for more than two hours even their is no patient . Already taken the appointment but after taking the charges no one come to see and tell about anything . Patient has to go to ask for their number again and again and every time their reply is that after 20 min they call us . Now we are sitting from two hrs . But no response. Now hospital become one of the bussiness . Doctors just want money they don't bother about the condition of patient . After taking the appointment if the patient had to wait for more than two hours what's the benefit of taking the appointment.

I happened to visit this hospital with my husband seeing good reviews but our experience is not at all satisfactory. My husband was suffering from stomachache so we visited once , where the doctor suggested for a sonography and various other tests , then he concluded that it was a simple case of food poisoning. In the next month again, severe pain in stomach occurred and we had to rush to this hospital on emergency.Sadly , the emergency was not being treated as emergency, we had to go through various unnecessary insensitive processes which could have cut down during emergency like long questions answer session of junior doctor to the patient when the patient was not under condition to reply due to pain. I requested to refer to the file of this old patient where it's mentioned everything whether he is alcoholic or not etc... I requested for immediate pain relieving fluid for him . The junior doc took us for the visit of Dr.Jain, where the patient had to wait for long in pain. Then , the doctor again said that we need sonography, I said we had already done last month, the doctor then insisted that he needs sonography in pain only. So again with all his carry over pain and all payment procedures facing the insensitive behaviour of staff , we waited and later the sonography was done. After several hours only the emergency process were adopted to relieve pain. Staff insisted on getting admitted for some days but after a whole day procedure we came out of the hospital with the doc's conclusion again that it was food poisoning.Next month again , severe pain occurred at night, so we took him to this hospital because of the prior treatment, this time because of earlier records I just insisted for pain relieving treatment but the staff again insisted for all unnecessary processes which we resisted except getting fluid for pain.The very next day we changed our doctor , whose junior doctor only diagnosed appendicitis which was confirmed by other tests.It is said that Hospitals are meant to serve humanity but my belief is shaken after the visit of this hospital. I am writing this long review so that I can save some humans and also my appeal to people to not write fake reviews because people like us might get into this trap .

Dr. Taran was really Supportive but Lab especially Blood test lab Is pathetic 2 male members were so lousy and cleanliness plus reports time was unusual for that need to wait 3-4 days also Staff are not upto the mark. They were calling someone to know what test when to be done A highly Risky.
