Disappointing Experience - Poor Staff Attitude and Management I recently visited this hospital and was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. The nursing staff (sisters) were incredibly arrogant and unprofessional in their behavior. Rather than showing compassion and care, they seemed irritated and dismissive, making the entire visit uncomfortable and stressful. The hospital management was equally disorganized and unhelpful. There was no proper communication, long waiting times, and a complete lack of accountability for patient concerns. To make matters worse, the cleanliness of the hospital was far below acceptable standards. The waiting areas and restrooms were unhygienic, and it seemed like regular cleaning was not a priority at all. Overall, I would not recommend this hospital to anyone looking for quality care or a respectful environment. A major improvement in staff attitude, cleanliness, and management efficiency is urgently needed.

My mother's treatment was under Dr Majjed(Neurosurgeon).One of the best n knowledgeable Doctor I've seen till now. I have no complaints regarding Doctor's treatment regime, But the treatment which Few people among staff gave was pathetic. Please educate your staff n Security people how to deal with Patient's family. This review is not to degrade your hospital but the actual problems relatives face during their beloved healing process. I would like to enlist few areas where your hospital should really take intitative to improve it's Quality care 1. Staff education ( Behavioural Issue needed to be focused) 2. No appropriate waiting area for patients relatives 3. Implementation of Quality care.

Doctors are good but the one who has the OPD number, he does it before the identification of all the staff and the poor people who do not have any identification, they keep sitting from morning till night. Keep a system, if the number is not to be taken after identification then Sir why is there an OPD system All these people sitting here have been sitting with me since 11 in the morning. And the staff inside does not let us stand inside. Go outside and sit outside. The staff does not have the right to talk.

Honestly.. No doubt Doctors are talented but - Worst Staff Behavior & Mismanagement Ever..Totally Disappointing I came to this hospital thinking it would be good because of its big name, but honestly, the experience was horrible. The main problem is the staff and the overall mismanagement, especially in the OPD section. The token system is just a joke. They send you a WhatsApp message with your token number the night before, but the next day they don't following the number system at all. Entry depends on who pays the bill first. So even if your number is early, someone who paid earlier will be taken in first. What's the point of giving token numbers then? It's super frustrating and unfair. If you try to ask questions or raise concerns, they shout back at you. Zero professionalism, zero respect. Cleanliness is also a big issue. The waiting area and washrooms were not clean at all. For such a known hospital, this is really disappointing. Even the security guards behave badly, and there's no proper place for patient families to wait. Everything feels totally unplanned and disorganized. If you really care about your hospital's reputation, then please: 1. Train your staff - teach them how to talk to people 2. Fix your appointment/token system - make it fair 3. Improve cleanliness 4. Provide proper seating/waiting area for families 5. Keep a check on how your staff behaves Till all this is sorted, I would not recommend this hospital to anyone looking for respectful treatment and a smooth experience.

Taking an appointment is very painful inspite of online appointment you are expected to follow manual process till you reach to doctor. Today, I was in at 12 noon and out at 4.30 pm. They have tried to install system but failed on account of by passing system conditions. Always in any system failures are not because of system adopted it is because of users by passing & misusing the system. Men's rest rooms are beyond worst. May be no doctors are inspecting at 360 degree on not acceptable practices being practiced and patients are made/forced to keep waiting. I would wish, at least on moving to their new facility they should not carry and dump same garbage, system & People.

Dr are good but staff is to much arrogant. Including security to ward boy to nurse. They will behave like you are slave. Not recommend at all

Dr.patares treatment is very nice.all staff are very good and all things are good. Since 3 months ago heap joint operation was successful now yesterday Dr. Prashant patare sir orthopedic had done second heap operation of my fathr. It is successful. Now my father's health is good. Thank you so much sir.

Very upsetting treatment. My sister's Farther in law underwent a spine surgery in this hospital for L4 , L5. After four months medication(pain killer) by Dr. Majid which can damage kidney the patient was suffering through unbearable pain and was thinking to commit suicide. In this condition the patient visited hospital thrice and requested to meet Dr. Majid but he pretended to be very busy and and once advised to take medication from dr.patil from Ahmednagar where Dr. Majid's wife is practising. Eventually we had to take the patient to Pune wherean expert. Nurologist diagnosed that the operation was not done properly
