We had life's worst experience in this hospital. Of course our patient did not get good treatment and we had to shift to Pune in an emergency. Here's what went extremely wrong -
1. Insurance department - one of the stupidest managers Dr. Mantri. He doesn't know how cashless insurance is processed. He sends random documents to the insurance company and then blames the company when they reject the cashless claim. We're still struggling to get it approved.
2. If you are a paying patient, the hospital will take a hefty amount from you in the name of Advance payment. During discharge, we got to know the hospital took 36000 extra from us and then we had to follow up for our own money.
3. There's always so much chaos in hospital, no hygiene, no discipline, staff is always rude, no wheelchair available
4. ICU is just a sham. ICU is so noisy and irritating that the patient doesn't get a little peace and rest in the ICU. The staff itself talks louder and uses mobile in high volume.
I recommend everyone who is particularly looking for the best treatment do not, I repeat DO NOT visit this hospital.
