Worst Experience of Our Lives - We Lost Our Baby Due to Hospital's Negligence We admitted my wife to this hospital at 2:00 AM due to heavy bleeding during labor. What followed was the most painful and heartbreaking experience of our lives. Despite being informed of the critical condition, Dr. Deepali Lodh arrived late, around 2:45 AM. Until then, no senior doctor was available, and the emergency staff acted very slow and carelessly. Dr. Deepali asked them to prepare the operation theatre and bring the NST machine, but the staff was confused and unprepared. They kept calling other floors and asked a support worker (Mama) to get the machine. He took more time by walking around casually. The NST machine finally came, but it wasn't working at first. By the time they got it running, the baby's heartbeat had already dropped to 70. My wife was finally moved to the operation theatre at 3:15 AM, while shivering badly. At 3:30 AM, child specialist Dr. Boby came out and said it was a stillbirth. Later, Dr. Deepali came and tried to blame it on an abnormal placenta -- but to us, it felt like an excuse to cover up the hospital's failure. Later, when I met my wife in the ICU, she told me that while being shifted, she could feel the baby still kicking -- even inside the operation theatre**. She also said that Dr. Boby and the anesthesia doctor were not present when she arrived in the OT -- they came late too. I don't understand how this hospital is rated among the best. They were not prepared for an emergency. Their delays and poor coordination took away our baby. No family should ever have to go through this. Please don't trust this hospital for delivery or emergency care. We lost our baby because of their carelessness.

There is a reason they have 3 star rating and rightfully so. It was reliving validation to read other reviews, since my experience was the same and I kept wondering- are my expectations high or this staff subpar? Nurses, practitioner doctors, junior doctors, care staff - extremely unprofessional. Zero communication manners. I can once accept staff being bit rude but doctor being rude? Throwing arrogance and attitude- for asking questions?? Really. Anyone reading this- know that as a patient you have 100% right to know what is being injected in your body, what medicines go in your stomach. There rather is a requirement to take a consent. They do not follow protocols . They do absurd things like making kidney stone patient with full bladder wait 40 + minutes to get sonography done ( why not coordinate better? Nurse simply was like - i forgot!! What? ) , fastening saline flow so much that it would swell your wrist, forgetting to close the cap, leaving you unattended for several hours just so your hospitalization extends, delaying reports so again your hospitalization time exceeds. Staff is not trained at all - AIMS management needs to look into this seriously. Feedback forms are trashed ! Do not do a mistake of telling them you have an Insurance, they are money hungry. Healthcare needs to be professional, kind, empathetic, compassionate- they are far from it. Absurd. I heard someone lost their baby because dr was late! People have lost their lives because of mere carelessness and money digging attitude of this hospital. Think twice before going here. On positive note - for sake of that one star: rooms are good. Probably because I was assigned executive delux, with bomb charges yet cleanliness is good. Hope that helps!

One of the worst hospitals I've ever come across. This place is completely money-driven, with absolutely zero empathy for patients. The doctors seem to be hired more for their billing capabilities than their medical expertise or compassion. DO NOT fall for the FAKE 5-star reviews, these are clearly posted by their own staff or paid agents. Reality is far different. The in-house medical store is another trap, no discounts, no transparency, and prices are often higher than outside pharmacies. Even the most basic courtesy of a 10% discount, which is standard in most places, is denied here. Patients are treated like business opportunities, not human beings. If you truly care about your health and hard-earned money, stay away from AIMS Hospital.

We had admitted to AIMS hospital for a surgery. Dr Yogesh Tiwari treated my son. He is brilliant at communication and helping us through our 1st communication to the discharge from the hospital and the last follow up. He always replied my msg and call and helped speed up the processes at the hospital. We admitted to in the hospital because of his positive attitude only. So, for him I should give 5 out 5 rating. But hospital need some improvement on giving bed on time, which we had to wait for 2 hrs though we had already prior booked. For Lunch and snacks, had to ask to bring for the patient. So, these are some area, hospital needs improvement.

There is no option for 0 stars--this hospital doesn't even deserve 1. I had a very bad experience and would never recommend this hospital to anyone. The staff and nurses are very unprofessional. If you ask them anything, they just say "ask the doctor" and don't give any answers. My close family member was admitted on a Friday, but no doctor came until Monday. Even though we gave all the reports on the first day, they took three days to find out that her sodium was low. This delay and carelessness led to her death. In the ICU, she was not given proper food, and no one checked if she ate. There was no proper care--only a focus on keeping beds full. After they found out we had insurance, they started charge us extremely high. Even after paying so much, they couldn't treat her properly or save her life. WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

I am extremely disappointed with the behavior of the receptionist at the main gate. Their conduct towards patients is highly unprofessional and disrespectful. Rather than offering assistance or showing empathy, they displayed an unnecessary attitude and arrogance, which is completely unacceptable--especially in a healthcare setting. Surprisingly, the doctors at the hospital are far more polite and respectful in comparison. Unfortunately, due to the poor experience with the front desk staff, I would not feel comfortable recommending this hospital to others. I sincerely hope the management takes appropriate steps to address this issue and ensure better patient service moving forward.

Met Dr sandeep kumar surgeon at Aims hospital ,very humble nd polite .really grateful for surgery .very happy with surgery results ..recommended to meet him for all types of general nd laparoscopic surgery .

Most of 5 Star reviews are fake. The admin staff and Doctors in Radiotherapy are not good at all. They don't Actually care. If you speak Marathi they treat you well or else they act like they are treating us for free despite charging us hefty amount. Even the guy at Admissions is having attitude. Beware of this hospital
