SRV Hospitals - Dombivali (Formerly Mamata Hospital)

Such a worst Hospital. Service is very poor. Management doesn't care what's going on. The below points are what I faced and observed. 1. Doctor meet patient after 14 hrs to check what to be procedure to be taken 2. Room Service is very poor. 3. Nursing staff behaviour unacceptable. 4. AC not working in most of rooms. 5. Center head not ready to resolve the issue 6. In two days stay no housekeeping staff are coming to clean rooms 7. Nursing staff shouting loudly 8. They are ready to provide fan. 9. Visited 06 march 2025 Very professional & cortious staff . All facilities are under one roof. Like Xray,scan laboratory & etc Doctors are well experienced too, very clean & neatly Facility. One of very known hospital in Dombivali I will definitely recommend this hospital to anyone staying near Dombivali, Kalyan Shil Phata Vithalwadi in the need of emergency.

As it is compulsory to give star so giving 1 star as this hospital deserve negative marking . Unnecessary charges ...my son was admitted in twin sharing and next day shifted to deluxe single and they charged for deluxe bed.also very pathetic service.No nurse or staff is bother Abt the patient also no cordination is there between staff and management also they make us run here and there.I would request everyone no one should come in this hospital.

Few days back, I got admitted in SRV Hospital for severe abdominal pain in emergency... Our neighbours recommened SVR Hospital for it's prompt emergency care. I am glad to share SRV turned TRUE to it's reputation. I really got best treatment from expert team of doctors who were compasinate professionals with steady hands and kind hearts. My surgical procedures was done by Dr. Sushila Singh, who is gold medalist in her field and well reputed and one of the most trusted doctor in Dombivali. Nurses were on their toes to serve.. They really took care of me for five days. With happy faces and kind heart's.. I really writing this review to appreciate them. The love, care and support I got was unparalle. They are well trained in hospitality. Cleanliness and hygiene can easily get 5 star ratings for this hospital.. I admitted there in emergency.. The admission desk was very caring and supportive they first made us comfortable, checked my condition, gave me fist aid..simultaneously smoothened my admission procedures and documentation promptly... I really loved this Hospital as a whole and can happily recommend SRV Hospital whomever in need..

I had an excellent experience at the Dombivli hospital. The entire medical team including Nurses and ward boys was highly supportive and professional throughout my father's treatment. Special thanks to Dr. Himali, Dr. Dhanashri, and Dr. Swati for their constant support and care. Their warm and attentive approach made a big difference in my father's recovery. A heartfelt thanks to Dr. Ramteke, who performed the operation smoothly with great expertise. Everything went as planned, and I felt completely at ease under his care. Also, I truly appreciate the valuable guidance of Dr. Thakur and Dr. Kavita Barhate, whose insights and direction ensured everything was on the right track. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and grateful for the quality of care I received. Highly recommended!

I, Sandip Shashikant Tawde, was admitted to SRV (Mamata) Hospital for Myasthenia Gravis from 17.05.2025 to 10.06.2025 (25 days), and earlier from 21.09.2023 to 06.10.2023 (16 days). I received treatment with IVIG injections initially, followed by Plasmapheresis, which helped me recover well. I would like to thank SRV Hospital for their excellent services: 1. Hospital Management - Very supportive and efficient. They took clear decisions and helped both me and my family throughout. 2. Doctors - Special thanks to Dr. Nirmaldutta Thakur (M.D.) and Dr. Rakesh Lalla (Neurologist) for their expert treatment and care in both 2023 and 2025. I'm truly grateful to them. Also thanks to all visiting doctors including Dr. Shinde, Dr. Kavita, and Dr. Atul. 3. RMO Doctors - Always available, attentive, and helpful. 4. Nursing Staff - Very caring and professional, from the ward to the ICU. 5. Ward Staff (Boys & Women) - Excellent service. They treated me like a family member and kept the hospital clean every day with a smile. 6. Food Services - High-quality food served on time. Special thanks to Mr. Sunil and his team for their care and extra help.The food quality was excellent - fresh, hygienic, and tasty. There was no use of stale or spoiled food. Even when I needed something extra or different, they provided it without hesitation. 7. Dietician - Dr. Jayanti Dube gave great guidance and regularly checked my diet needs. 8. Billing Department - Clear and timely updates were given to my family. Special thanks to Mr. Prasad Sir, Mr. Nilesh, Mr. Rohit, Mr. Pravin, and the entire billing team for their continuous support and guidance throughout my stay. 9. Medical Department - All medicines were provided on time, without any delays. In short, from top management to ground-level staff, everyone at SRV (Mamata) Hospital performed their duties with dedication, empathy, and professionalism. I truly felt at home during my stay. The entire hospital team gave me strength during my difficult time and helped me recover with dignity and hope. I have full trust in this hospital and will always prefer it for any future treatment. The resident doctors and nursing staff are excellent--truly caring and attentive. They ensure regular follow-ups and provide consistent support during your stay. The admission process is smooth and efficient, especially in emergency situations, which is a big relief. The food provided to patients is of good quality, and the hospital maintains a high standard of cleanliness. Most major facilities are available in-house, making it a well-equipped and reliable healthcare center.

One of the worst money making hospital in Dombivli. They're just fooling people for the sake of treatment, actually they just want to extract money from the patients and their family. The Billing department of this hospital and also the management just want to delay the process of billing and postpone the discharge for the next day, so as to earn one more day's charges. Never ever get treated in this hospital. I regret getting treated in this hospital. The lady sitting in the billing department is running a scam and laundering money from the patients. Their motive is to extract money from the patients and their family. Third class service from the staff and management.
