Amazing staff and doctors are capable and were able to provide me with best treatment. I am quite happy with the overall treatment. My experience at this hospital was extremely disappointing, largely due to their restrictive and unfeeling visitor policy. It felt as if they viewed family members as a nuisance rather than a vital part of a patient's recovery. Security personnel were rude and unhelpful, creating an atmosphere more akin to a correctional facility than a place of healing. Despite being assured that two relatives (one male, one female) would be permitted to visit my daughter, who was in a shared twin bed, we were frequently denied access. My daughter truly needed her family by her side. While the medical staff were generally good, there seemed to be a shortage of personnel. I have never encountered such unacceptable behavior in a hospital setting. Even basic shared accommodations in other hospitals are far superior to the subpar and overpriced options here. I was unfortunately pressured into admitting my patient to this facility by a referring doctor. I urge the management to seriously reconsider their policies and prioritize the well-being and needs of patients' families.

I've never been comfortable visiting hospitals, but this time I had no choice--my mother's condition was critical. From our very first visit, Dr. Kailash Surnare and Dr. Vikas instilled a sense of trust and urgency, even managing to prepone the surgery given the circumstances. The atmosphere at Bhaktivedanta Hospital was nothing short of uplifting. The peaceful chanting of Lord Krishna resonated throughout the day, creating a serene environment that was both comforting and spiritually healing. Hygiene standards were impeccable, the security staff were courteous, the nurses(Darshana Patil, Kajal Parab, Pooja Gautam, Vinita Desai, Neha Kanse, Ashwini Shinde) displayed genuine care and sense of urgency everytime i approached them for help, the dietician was highly knowledgeable, and housekeeping was consistently prompt and efficient. I'd rate the entire experience a 10 out of 10--thanks to the incredible teamwork and compassion that truly went beyond my expectations. Most people hope never to return to a hospital, yet I find myself wanting to stop by whenever I'm nearby, just to hear the chants and revisit the place that cared so deeply for my mother.
