Doctor Prashant is very good and knowledgeable . The nurses here are very helpful and courteous. Probably the most professional nursing staff that i have ever seen. Cleanliness is a major concern in the hospital which should be addressed immediately. TPA service for mediclaim is a shame and needs an increase in the number of people working in that team. Even though the staff is clam and patient, it would be helpful if there are enough people to assist when required. Also, the food here is tasteless and bland. I've had hospital food before and it's not necessary for the food to taste bad for it to be healthy. The twin sharing room is a joke. No proper bed or bedding for the person staying with the patient.

I admitted my Nani to this hospital in a critical condition, and sadly, she passed away within 2 hours. The hospital refused to issue a death certificate, asking us to get it from our family doctor or the previous hospital, which is highly irresponsible. They charged us around 32,000, including an 11,000 medical bill that listed several medicines which were not even used. Despite repeated requests, we received no proper explanation or support. Their lack of empathy, transparency, and accountability during such a sensitive time was deeply disappointing. I strongly do not recommend this hospital.

Overall experience at the hospital was good. The doctors, junior doctors, RMO, nursing staff, and ward boys were all very supportive, attentive, and caring throughout the treatment. Their dedication and professionalism are truly commendable & appreciable.Previously also many times my family members were admitted and overall it was good.However, this time the TPA process was disappointing.Though there was sufficient sum insured but they were demanding money many times for medicines claiming that the package limit has been exhausted which is unintelligible .This aspect needs serious improvement to ensure a smoother experience for patients and their families.Forgetting the TPA experience which was not good this time, I still believe Thunga Hospital is one of the best in Mira Bhayander.

They only know the how to recover high cost from patients. I visited there for 1 yrs baby blood check and reports.
1) they don't have baby blood remove sample equipments and they use adult.
2) and you need to carry your baby blood sample tube to there 1st floor labs. They don't have staff.

Scam! Scam! I admitted my grandmother to the hospital, and despite having cashless insurance, they requested a deposit of 25000. Unfortunately, after two hours of admission, she passed away. They charged us 30,000 and still did not provide us with a death certificate. They insisted that the other hospital should provide it. This experience was pathetic. Please avoid this place unless it's an absolute emergency.
